Internet and cable/satellite was in and out our entire stay. Picture froze or just went black as in the photo. At night, was low 50’s, no heat! Ducts just kept blowing cool air. Furniture out dated. Also, not enough trash bins within the rooms. Step up your game Reunion, I know you can do better!

Our stay here was a disaster. We stayed in a five bedroom house that was in less then ideal condition when we arrived. House and inside furnishings were dated. Back of the house was flithy. When we drove into the driveway, the outside light by the garage was hanging upside down and the front porch light didn't work. Porch light never got fixed during our 10 day stay. Once inside the sink in the upstairs bedroom didn't work as the stopper was broken. That did get fixed. The door going out to the pool broke, bottom trim fell off when we closed the door. This never got fixed. The screened in pool had a broken lock on the exterior door, the screens along the side of the pool were broken out or torn in three different areas and we were completely missing a screen roof panel. This panel took 8 days to get fixed. During these 8 days we got very familiar with love bugs and what a nuisance they can be. Made trying to swim and sit outside by the pool in the screened in porch unpleasant. Midweek we had more issues, as we found ants in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. This issue was never resolved or even acknowledged by the resort. Followup to our issues by the resort was spotty at best and efforts to alleviate our problems marginal. Basically told by the resort, tough luck. I played golf at Reunion one day on the Nicklaus course, and the conditioning of the course was terrible. Greens were full of weeds and crabgrass. Ironically on one hole they actually cut the hole right in the middle of a clump of weeds on the green. Fairways were spotty with bare spots and bunkers in many cases had little to no sand. Played the National course at ChampionsGate later in the week and it was in much better condition, friendlier staff and cost less. Just down the street from Reunion. We will never go back. Read less

This is great resort in a brilliant location for Disney parks etc. Staff are friendly and welcoming and help with bags etc when you’ve been shopping. The rooms were cleaned really well but basic amenities such as washing liquid and tea towels didn’t appear until a few days in to the holiday. The rooms were spacious and kitchen well equipped but the kitchen needed a revamp as did the showers. There was a sulphur smell in the shower that lasted the whole stay and the spray was really slow...not good if you’ve got long hair. The restaurant on the 11th floor is overrated and you could probably get a better steak cheaper in one of the parks or nearby restaurants. They allow people to use the bar without dining and this can get very rowdy and loud and spoils the atmosphere the restaurant is trying to achieve. It was a bit of a let down if I’m honest. Overall it was a good experience but I wouldn’t stay here again. Read less

Just returned from ladies golf trip to the resort. The group stayed in 3 bedroom condos. The condos were in reasonable condition clean and large with 3 bathrooms. but a bit dated. Didn’t look like the bright new condos you see on the website, but they worked for us. Food at the resort was good and reasonably priced, although service was mixed. Resort shuttles were plentiful near our condo that was close to the hotel. If you are at the Nicklaus course about a mile away, you wait a little longer. The big disappointment for our group was the condition of the golf courses. Greens slow and recently verticut, the fairways were worn and almost nonexistent in some places. Bunkers inconsistent. The area around the Nicklaus course is a construction site..with houses being built and non stop construction. If you are considering a golf trip in the near term, I’d consider alternative resorts. If you are staying at the resort for proximity to Disney, then the place is fine. Don’t book a home on the Nicklaus course unless you are assured there is no nearby construction and shuttles could take time. Not sure how this place got a Certificate of Excellence. Read less

Don’t spend your money here if you want to play golf.Courses were in horrible condition.Staff also agreed and was apologetic, but that didn’t help out guys golf trip.Watson,Palmer and Nicklaus courses were below “muni” class.Traveled from Boston and heading back to freezing home rather than play another 18.
