I love love loved this hotel. We stayed in early February for a business trip but wanted access to the parks, and since it is technically a Walt Disney World Resort, we were able to make FastPass selections by booking 60 days in advance. Transportation was provided via shuttle to every WDW park and the only other stop between you and the park of your destination was the neighboring Waldorf hotel. The hotel itself is really classy but also family friendly. No cheesy character stuff in sight. The first floor of the hotel is gorgeous and overlooks the beautiful pool and creek/golf course. You can access walking paths and walk along the creek. My kids really enjoyed their time at the pool, especially the lazy river which was heated. The slide was not great and not open if windy. All of the food we ate was top notch as well, whether it was from the cafe next to the pool, the family friendly restaurant on the ground level or the coffee stand/mini market in the lobby (which has ice cream!). My husband and I enjoyed a drink by the outdoor fireplace at night and could see the fireworks from Epcot! Our room (a double king) was nice and clean but was probably the only thing I didn't love for the premium price, as it was on the small side. But we requested a higher floor, which was very quiet and had a gorgeous view. I would happily stay here again. Read less

This was our second stay at this property — our first stay was five years ago. We arrived just before the travel restrictions began for COVID-19. I will say that this hotel staff did an amazing job during some extremely unfortunate and difficult circumstances due to COVID-19 and the associated shutdown of the travel industry. Every employee we encountered was friendly and eager to help. My family really enjoyed the pool and the pool bar for our nightly dinner. I sincerely wish the very best for all of the hotel staff and employees during this difficult time. When we come back to Disney World, we will stay at this hotel. Read less

We stayed at this hotel for three nights March 12-15th for our wedding anniversary. We could not decide on one hotel so we decide to stay at this one for 3 nights and another hotel close by for the next 3 nights. We chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews, location and the wonderful pool. Although we had a good time, my husband and I were disappointed in the front desk customer service. When checking in, we mentioned that it was our anniversary. We kindly asked if we could get an upgrade since we knew there would be a lot of vacancy due to the Covid19 outbreak. Kristen was quite unpleasant at the front desk and said there is a cost to upgrade. We declined the upgrade due to the cost. There was no mention of happy anniversary, welcome to the Hilton or anything like that. Not a very good first impression, especially since we were so pleasant with her and excited to be arriving after a long trip. We arrived at our room which was very far from the elevator and had the most unpleasant view of a parking lot. We felt like we received one of the worse rooms available. To make a long story short, we will not return to the Hilton Bonnet Creek since we had a bad first impression at the front desk. There are many excellent hotels to pick from in Orlando and many have excellent customer service. Sadly, this hotel did not. Read less

For a place that charges $300 plus and charges a hefty resort fee this hotel is one of the worst hotels for the money. You are likely to get better service at a Best Western. After three calls speaking with the manager and attempting to get the bill corrected, they are still overcharging me. They charged me three nights of self-parking and two nights of valet parking for a three night stay with self-parking. The convention rate was supposed to be $10 per night but they charged us $19 per night - the normal rate. Their electric charging stations are a disaster. They could not get me connected to their wifi as their site continued to redirect my computer too many times. I know what I am doing on a computer as I am a network administrator. The Asian restaurant is good. La Luce, which we had dined at five times previously, was still excellent. Read less

This was our first trip to Disney World. I primarily stay in Hiltons for business and decided to try it for our personal vacation. Upon arriving, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bellman aided us in unloading our bags and pointed us to the check-in desk. While checking in, the front desk was nice enough to provide us with all types of Disney information and even upgraded our room with a Disney view! This is very exciting for my wife who LOVES Disney and it was a real treat for my 3-year son and 1-year daughter (this was their first time in a hotel). The room gave us a great view of the Disney's fireworks and the golf course (my son loves golf). However, the best part of our stay was interacting with the staff who worked in the Harvest Bistro restaurant. After checking-in at noon then rushing to Disney on our first day, we were feeling a little tired when we woke up Wednesday morning. Our goal was to be on the first shuttle to Magic Kingdom which left at 7:30am but with two small kids, we were running a little bit behind. We ran down to grab some breakfast from the Harvest Bistro but read we could not take the buffet to-go. This was very disappointing. However, right as we were thinking about leaving a wonderful gentleman with your waitstaff stopped us. He ran back to ask his manager if he could let us make one plate and take it to-go so we could make the shuttle. He came running back and told us to go ahead. This was a blessing; we were able to make a plate with our kid’s favorite foods and kept them happy while waiting/riding to Disney! This is one of 4 great stories I have when ordering food to-go or interacting with the Harvest Bistro staff. Little things like helping us make a shuttle, going out of their way to provide us what was needed to keep our small kids happy, and doing it with a wonderful attitude/smile, is what will bring my family back to stay at your hotel again oppose to staying anywhere else in Orlando or Disney! Thank you for making our special trip memorable and easy!! Peter Kruger Read less
