We came here the four of us on our family vacation for a quick stop to go to Disney world before we hit our cruise to the Caribbean. The hotel in the service are pretty fantastic! And the waterpark for a hotel and the cost of the hotel is absolutely amazing! We have a two bedroom suite with a small kitchenette no stove but a microwave. The suite was super clean and spacious and nice. And my daughter loves the bunkbeds. We opted for the free breakfast to be included with our night stay and unfortunately the buffet breakfast was absolutely horrible. The eggs didn’t taste real the bacon was overcooked and all the bread items were pretty stale! So it’s a better bet to just eat off the resort. And yes we would come back Read less

Me & my friend stayed for a few nights at this hotel. Besides our bus back from Disney being over a hour late. We had a fantastic time doing balloon tosses and trivia questions with Lange. He was great & very cheerful

Wonderful Stay. We had a 2 bedroom suite for 3 nights and 4 days. The price was right and the amenities were perfect. The room was clean , staff was friendly. The resort has enough to entertain your family if you are not interested in the Parks. We will back each year.

Stayed here before at its prior incarnation, the Nickelodeon Hotel- at that time it was much pricier, branded with Nick characters (some of whom roamed the halls in costume for photo ops), and far more crowded. Wanting to take the kids to a fun location as we were just passing through Orlando (and having noted the dramatic drop in price) we figured it would be fun to return (and our kids are old enough that they no longer care about the branded elements). But the differences don’t end with the Nick characters and the more subdued color schemes- much of the hotel seemed in disrepair. Upon settling into the room we found one of the TVs inoperable (of course the crucial one in the kids’ bunk bed room), and awoke the next morning to no hot water. To be fair maintenance was dispatched relatively quickly for the TV, but the hot water took much longer, costing us all our morning showers (and the guest services desk which was supposed to be open was unmanned, forcing us to take a long hike through the property to the front desk). As we roamed the halls en route to the swimming pool, we attempted to stop for some ice to refill our ice water, only to find none of the 3 ice machines along our path were working (although only one was marked with an “out of service” sign). Ultimately it does seem this hotel has slightly adjusted its pricing with the understanding that it is a broken down shadow of its former self, and as such I would not likely return. If you need a spot for a quick stay and brief splash in the pool it might be fine, but I wouldn’t recommend more than a single night at this property. Read less

During our many trips to Florida I contemplated staying at this hotel many times as it looked like alot of fun for my kids, but we normally stay at a Disney resort, this year we stayed here. Our first issue began day 1 when we were given a room that did not have a proper shower. I texted the concierge and was assured it would be fixed, it was not. I had to call a second time and finally someone came and said we needed to switch rooms. So just as we were about to leave to the parks , we had to abruptly pack up everything again and move. The room was much better thankfully but no apology or anything for our inconvenience. The second issue was at 2am the fire alarm went off, we went outside as we were supposed to then directed back in.....the alarm when off 4 MORE TIMES!!! We were kept awake the ENTIRE night and again not a word of apology or compensation for this extreme inconvenience. They blamed someone for smoking in their room but that's a lie , that was a faulty system! So instead of accepting fault and apologizing they blame their customers , real classy. The waterslides are not good for kids over 10, so keep that in mind. We did not actually use anything that our resort fees covered and parking was extra so the fees are ridiculous! We travel every year to many different hotels and resorts and have never been so disappointed in a hotel as we were with this one . We are not very picky but the lack of consideration they showed in not doing a thing to make up for all the inconveniences we experienced during our stay shows me how poor the management structure is. Take my advice there are so many other places in Orlando dont waste your time here unless you want to risk being woken up repeatedly on your vacation by a faulty fire alarm!!!! Read less
