394 guest rooms in 2 buildings on 5 floors with exterior corridor. All with air-conditioning, flat screen HDTV, complimentary WiFi access, alarm/clock radio, coffee maker, mini fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. 

Standard Rooms have 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Courtyard View Rooms have courtyard or lake views, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Scheduled daily shuttle transportation to all 4 Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. Self-parking $22 plus tax per night, Valet parking $28 plus tax per night (payable locally, subject to change).

LakeView Restaurant (buffet breakfast). Oasis Restaurant (Poolside restaurant open 10.00am to 10:00pm), Joffrey’s Coffee Shop (7:00am to 11:00pm), Sundial Café (open 24-hours a day, offering quick self-service food and drinks), Eclipse Lounge (lobby bar serving cocktails and small plates, open 4.00pm-midnight).

This hotel has a resort fee of $32 plus tax per room, per day (payable locally, subject to change)

While looking online and liking the rooms, what we were. The rooms were opening to garbage cans, smelled bad, no hot water in two units - confirmed by management that they couldn’t do anything. Haven’t refunded for the rest of canceled trip.

Apart from being able to hear everything happening in the room next door and outside the door, loud/rattly hvac system,etc.. the main reason I’m giving this place a 1 is because of the misleading way they sent me to get a “welcome packet” which was just a setup to try to get me to buy timeshare. When we arrived we were very pleased with the bright and lovely lobby. We were then met fairly aggressively by someone that appeared to want to sell us a time share. We declined and headed to our room. The lovely entrance gave way to what I would describe as a newer Motel 6 - not at all what I had expected. The temp was extremely cold in our room and we had to turn the unit off and open our door as cold air was the only option. Everything seemed worn and basic. I got the room on hotwire and paid more than I would have expected for what we got. Read less

I have stayed here three years in a row and every year has been great. Clean, friendly staff and awesome Oasis Pool Bar with fantastic servers Bonnie, Ramona, Vanessa, Nate and Chaz! The weather wasn't very pleasant on this trip, however, with the pool bar open and out of the elements,I still had a great visit!
