In addition, they offered us a $20 dollar credit to no have no housekeeping service during our stay, but when we needed fresh towels, soap, toilet paper, and other things we had to call the desk and give them a specific amount of the items needed. I did not like it at on the next day felt it was we was better to have house keeping service our room and forfeit the $20 dollars. Furthermore we were charged parking for each night. We not stay at this Disney resort again as I did not see the value of staying at this value resort. Read less

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. We stayed here to experience Disney and the few perks that you get for staying on property. Check in is very easy, especially with the Disney My Experience ap. The property is well maintained. We stayed in the back in building 5. We were told that the parking lot is across from our building which is true. BUT, it was all blocked off for a cheer/dance competition and we had quite a ways to walk. Parking is $15 per day. Our room was relatively small with 2 double beds. It was perfect for the 2 of us. I would not recommend for families with teens, it's just too small. The water pressure in the shower is awesome. The carpet is disgusting! Is needs to be replaced. The room has a somewhat awkward "hotel" type smell. The mattresses are thin and not very comfortable. The bathroom area is small. There was mold in our bathroom vent as well as in some of the grout around the bathtub. THE PLUGS WORK BUT YOUR PHONE CHARGER WILL NOT STAY IN THEM!! They need to replace all of the plugs. My husband uses a CPAP and we had to use a chair to sit in on the use a nearby plug. Don't get a room in the back. It is way too far to walk! We did not use the pools but they did not look very clean. The lobby is beautuful! If you are eating on a budget, do NOT plan to eat in the food court. A mickey ice cream bar was about $6. The bus system is adequate but we had to wait up to 20 minutes a few times. The buses were very full with many people standing every time we used the bus. Read less

Stayed here for 10 nights from Boxing Day. Pools are good, both of them. The food court is good for a quick bite with plenty on offer. The rooms are ok - we had a family room with two double beds. Ours was a little tired but you could see that they are refurbishing and the updated rooms in a different area looked much better, brighter and cleaner. Couldn’t be better located or more perfect as a base for a Disney adventure. Read less

This was the worst guest service that we have received. I have never wrote a bad review, but this really upset me. My husband and I checked out last Thursday and went over to Disney Springs. When we came back to get our luggage and catch an Uber, I used the restroom in the lobby. I accidentally left our souvenir bag on the door in the restroom. Now I know this is 100% my own fault ...but I called 20 minutes later to see if someone could check to see if it was still there. The lady at the front desk was less then helpful. She transferred me to "lost and found" which was just a voicemail. I didnt hear anything back so I have my husband call an hour later. He got a gentleman that transferred him to someone in lost and found. The lady in lost and found just said she will notify housekeeping. I got a return call 2 hours later telling me that our items weren't found. What really made me mad is that there probably would have been a good chance that our items were still there if the first lady would have just taken 2 minutes to walk over to the restroom and looked when I called 20 minutes after we left. Now we are out $160 worth of souvenirs and we have nothing left from the trip. I was so shocked by how they handled the situation and it ruined the rest of our trip. Read less

My experience at this resort was outstanding .Above and beyond which it should be at Disney . The staff at this resort (especially housekeeping)should give the other resorts some lessons . A level of courtesy you would not expect to find at a value resort which was exceptional . The room was very clean , smelled great , and offered all the ammenties one could need( shampoo, condioner, body wash included)except a microwave 😹.The price of this resort is a little high but I believe that keeps the creeps away which is nice . I also want to express hows this resort keeps one immersed in the magic . Along with the extraordinary larger than life props there is also music and color . One thing I was really impressed about was not seeing one pest or bug on the property . Even around the lights at night no bugs or insects flying around . I am dissapointed I did not see any alligators 🐊 though . Oh swell . I would like to see the skyliner come to the resort in the future even though the buses come often which is good . The gift shop has a great selection and parking is plentiful . I strongly recommend this property for your perfect Disney experience ! Read less
