Rooms were very clean but small, could use some updating. Staff were amazing, they seem to really like their jobs and they were fun. Food at the hotel was above what I expected. We ate there almost every day because it was so good. I was with a school group and I think they treated us all very well. I would stay there again.

We used up our reservation at Saratoga Springs resort and wanted to stay an extra day so we thought we'd try this hotel to stay on Disney grounds. The room cost ~$150 with all fees, which, for the money we spent we could have found a much nicer hotel in retrospect. The Disney All Star Music Resort is one of 4 All Star resorts located within a gated area. The setup of the resorts is somewhat confusing. The decor of the resorts, which is meant to be whimsical actually gives it an old, dated, worn-out feel. Upon entering the room we noticed it smelled musty, almost moldy. The room was reasonably clean, but again, dated, and had there not been some reference to Disney in the room would not have felt like we were on Disney grounds. Paint was chipped and there were different shades of paint used to touch up the walls in the bathroom. To me, this does not reflect the normal Disney standard. If you're a young family and on a tight budget I would imagine this might be a good option as they tend to offer bundled packages for rooms, tickets and food. You also get transportation from the hotel to any of the parks and Disney Springs shopping areas. They also charge $13 per day to park there, less than the $25 parking fee at the parks. Otherwise, you might be happier at any one of a number of other hotels priced at or under $100 per night in the area and drive to the parks. Read less

Good hotel if you are on a budget. However poor customer service.Had to wait twenty minutes before I was checked in as staff were to busy talking to each other. Plenty of choice for food although prices are not cheap considering this is a budget.

There are 2 pools . No hot tub or spa , no gym . The cafeteria style kitchen is decent . The staff greets you with the great welcome Disney Style and is always willing to help . We stayed in building 4 which was a 8 min walk to the cafeteria and lobby . That doesn’t sound long until you have spent a long day of walking , something to consider . The shuttles bring you to the area parks but the all star resorts are always the furthest in the bus depot drop the off . So , once again adding to your walking . If you have any issues with walking . Perhaps look into staying a respite just a tad closer . This one is a 20 min ride in . Read less

It's a pretty good resort for a group of people. I was on my school's music trip and we stayed for 3 nights, and I liked it. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a little small but the resort itself was pretty nicely designed. The food court was great though definitely pricey, the "Breakfast Burger" was so good I had it twice! It is a good… Read more
