We stayed at Old Key West from the 19th of April until the 24rd. We started in a studio and moved half way through to a one bedroom (DVC and there weren't any studios available so had to switch halfway through). Studio was spacious with two queen beds which my daughter appreciated over the pull out couch in a lot of other DVC resorts. We were in the turtle pond road area which has a quiet pool and is not extremely far from the front desk but definitely far enough Half way through our short trip we switched to a one bedroom which was nice. King size bed, daughter had a pull out couch now. Nice size kitchen/dining table/patio and bathroom. The whirlpool tub had a yellow ring around it which I tried wiping and it came off relatively easily so I know it's not stained and just needs some cleaning. Pool was fantastic. Sandcastle slide is adorable as well as the theming around the pool. Pool staff was great. Goods Food To Go was alright, not a whole lot of options and all seating is outside which for us was fine as it was April and not too hot/cold but in the summer I can imagine how that could be a problem. Gurgling Suitcase was good, made my Pina CoLava which was delicious like always. Bartender was super nice! Didn't eat at Olivia's as didn't have the time. Gift shop was good, very friendly and helpful staff and good selection of souvenirs. Size is a downfall. This resort is enormous with a huge internal loop that took about 15-20 min to get through before leaving the resort to go to the park. Saratoga is similar but I found OKW a little larger and took a bit longer to get through. Boat to the Springs is nice thou. All in all it was a good resort, we will stay here again as we are DVC. This was a short trip and we didnt' feel like we really got to enjoy the resort (we had one resort day and three full day park days and then we were home). We very likely will come back and enjoy a longer stay at some point Read less

Clean in good condition and everything we needed. Washer and dryer a plus for keeping on top of clothes during the holiday and not coming home to lots of washing! Overall really nice site, perfect location to all the sites at Disney, we particularly liked Disney Springs for meals so nice boat trip or walk from Old Keys. Pools nice, food outlets were ok nothing special and quite limited as it's a Disney vacation which covers self catering not as many food outlets as other hotels/complexes. Enjoyed our stay as part of a deluxe villa stay for our first stay at Disney. Read less

My wife is a long time DVC member and this was our first time bringing our daughter to our previously favorite resort. We were incredibly disappointed to find the windows had black mold. There were no equivalent rooms available so we lost a day changing resorts. The kitchen amenities were also old and on their last leg which is small in comparison… Read more

There were no equivalent rooms available so we lost a day changing resorts. The kitchen amenities were also old and on their last leg which is small in comparison but still shocking at a DVC resort. Animal Kingdom Lodge is a better option for similar value. Read less

We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. It was spacious, the beds comfortable and had all the comforts of home. We were happy to get early entry time for the parks. It was also convenient to Disney Springs. We rode the boat and also took a nice walk to Disney Springs. I'd definitely stay here again.

This place was wonderful and not a long walk to a pool and bus stop for the parks and not very long to get to the feature pool and restaurants! We love Old Key West resort at Disney and this was our first time in a luxurious 2 bedroom condo with all the amenities of home and a patio to watch the wildlife and golfers. Amazing time here!
