We stayed in a 2 bedroom DVC villa. It was huge! Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, balcony, king bed in master and 2 queens in 2nd bedroom. So much room! We were close to the reception area, main pool, restaurant and quick service walk up (across the street). Our teen boys loved the pool. They have an arcade, activity center, ping… Read more

They have an arcade, activity center, ping pong, bean bag toss, etc. You feel like you are in the Bahamas;the Key West theming and feel are great. Very laid back atmosphere. It is a large resort. If you don't have a car you can use the bus system to get back and forth from your room to the main areas. Love that you can ride the boat to Disney Springs, about a 20 minute ride. We have stayed here a few times and are always pleased. We would definitely stay here again. Read less

We love this resort. We stayed here in June for 7 nights. I could tell that our room had been through a renovation. Our building was #56. Our room was on the ground floor and it was a 1 bedroom villa. The bus stop was right outside our room. Our villa was more towards the back of the resort but it was so quite. We were always the second stop to get off the bus when we returned to the resort. There was a swimming pool very close to our room but we kept busy at the parks. We checked out the hospitality house, the restaurant, the general store, and the main pool area. There is so much to do there and it is so clean. Hope to go back again. Read less

Disney’s Old Key West resort was the 1st leg of our US holiday from the UK. Having stayed in x2 of Disney’s resorts in Florida and the other in LA on previous family holidays, I can honestly say this has been the best so far. The resort itself was spotless, friendly and very relaxed. The bus transportation network followed the same suite, even when we missed our last bus after staying behind for Epcot’s Frozen Sweet Firework Party another bus dropped us off en route. The drivers down to the cleaners are friendly and very good at what they do. The suite we stayed in was clean and stayed spotless even with 3 boys to mess it up, with the help of the cleaning gang. It was spacious and met our needs. Along with all the modern Disney apps and fast passes the parks were the usual high standards. We stayed room only but ended up having breakfast/brunch at Olivia’s every day, as the food was so good. The check in staff, bell team and shop staff were excellent as well. The only downside was I didn’t take my golf clubs as the course looked amazing. We do not normally revisit the same Disney resorts when we return, but we will return to The Old Key West Resort next time. Read less

We've stayed here over the years with the family and do like the spacious rooms that they offer. The only caveat would be the one bedroom suites and having their restroom in the master bedroom. There is no exterior restroom, a powder room would make sense with the one bedroom suites. We had major maintenances issues from lights, range, microwave not working all at different times during our stay. Several calls to maintenance would go unanswered followed by us having to walk to the front desk to ask for help and then maintenance coming by all hours of the day and evening. Disney did make it right it the end, but overall not our best stay here. Read less
