We stayed at a one bedroom villa which was the largest time share one bedroom that we've stayed at. Olivia's Cafe restaurant on premises was wonderful, we dined for dinner one night as well as breakfast one morning. The staff and service was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. Stayed at OKW this past week with my husband and two children. We are vacation club members and stayed in a studio room. The layout of the room was unique, and the buildings are quite charming. The first floor room was musty and at times smelled of sewage. The super small balcony was very awkward; the adjoining room’s window was a part of my balcony. So, when i was on my balcony I could see into the room next door. The TV was also extremely small. The room has one small bathroom mirror and a door mirror on the back of the bathroom door. This is one of the smallest rooms we have ever stayed in. For such a big resort, I was surprised that there is only ONE sit down restaurant, which you can only eat at with a reservation. There is a tiny walk-up food stand near the pool. There is not a food court like most of the resorts have. Another small amenity was the swimming pool. For a resort this size, the pool should be twice that size. I think it is a lovely looking resort, but not enough places to eat, and the rooms are just “ok.” Read less

We have been coming to Olivia’s for over 20 years and have never had a bad meal! The atmosphere and staff are wonderful. We will continue to be a customer! Great home cooking! It’s always convent for us when we come to Disney. It’s mostly about the deliciousness of the food!

Stayed in 2 bedroom. 4 adults. Love the roominess. Love having actual patio table on balcony. Does need dining to stay open later. Pool was nice. Buses weren’t too bad. It was a great stay and I would stay here again.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were promptly greeted. We arrived at 9:30am, and our room was not available until 4:00pm. This was difficult because we had my 78 year old mom and 75 year old mother in law. We had requested a room on the first floor because of this reason, but were given a room on the third floor. We ended up waiting until 5:30pm for a room on the second floor to open, but were never able to get a first floor room. The rooms themselves at Old Key West were spacious and very clean. The staff was very attentive when servicing the rooms. The pool was the perfect size and lots of chairs to lay out around the pool area. Read less
