No bedding. Finally, new sheets were folded and put on the bench. We had to make the bed ourselves. Bus system not reliable. We left our room at 7:40 Both mornings we went to magic kingdom and didn’t make it in for early hours (8:30-9pm). Honestly, we should’ve just stayed offsite and Ubered. We ate breakfast and some dinner in our room so our trashcans needed emptied. Called twice. They finally came and gave us an industrial looking huge blue sack so we wouldn’t overflow again and they wouldn’t have to come again. Boatwrights is overpriced and not good. But the workers were nice. We were in building 18 which was very convenient to the lobby. The gift shop is full of the same Mickey gear you see in the parks.. very few necessities if you end up needing something. I’m not picky but wow. Didn’t seem Disney quality at all. The boat to Disney springs is nice. It’s also nice to be walking distance to port orleans French quarter. Their pool is better and food options are better too. Very cute little cafe there that serves Mickey beignets. Read less

Bus did port Orleans 4 stops first then the south at riverside so took longer to get back to room. housekeeping was every other day and that was towels only. we changed the sheets on our bed after we got the sheets delivered. Food was ok and did get a good portion but was a little pricey. I would stay here again vs: some of the other resort hotels. Not allowing moderate hotels early hours into the park is a mistake. treating good paying people like second class for the price you are paying. Shorter stays from now on. Read less

This hotel and disney in general used to be an awesome place to go. Prices have gone thru the roof and you get less and less everytime you go to disney. We’ve stayed at a Disney resort hotel at Disneyland and Disney World multiple times. This visit turned out to be far less than satisfying and the Disney magic was lacking. Four days with no room service of any kind after several requests. A “we just empty trash” response when called and had to remind the cast member even that wasn’t done. Sheets don’t fit like a household sheet so the bed gets unmade very easily. We didn’t pay hundreds of dollars a day to make our own sheets and fold our own towels for days. Baggage hold didn’t deliver the bags until a second request. Gone are the days when they magically show up in the room. Gone are the days of animal towel figures. Gone is the Disney magic. Our next visit will be off site. Read less

This is an over-priced motel, with extremely difficult accommodations to get to. All rooms face the outside, and there is absolutely no parking near your room. What’s more insulting is that they have the audacity to charge $26 for their inconvenient parking. The food here is mediocre cafeteria style, with a limited drink menu. The shuttle bus to… Read more

What’s more insulting is that they have the audacity to charge $26 for their inconvenient parking. The food here is mediocre cafeteria style, with a limited drink menu. The shuttle bus to Epcot will take forever, you may as well walk. Front desk service is less than courteous. You pay through the nose to stay at a Disney property and get treated poorly. Just stay in a decent hotel an Uber… you will be glad you did. Read less
