We are returning customers of this wonderful resort . The staff are so lovely an couldn’t be more accommodating . The property is immaculate and very calm and classic in decoration . The rooms are very well maintained and ‘mousekeeping ‘ keep a very high standard ! The staff simply couldn’t do more to make your stay magical and every tiny detail is accounted for . We were standard ( not club ) level and we had a turndown service with chocolates and water and fresh towels every night ! It was our daughters 21st and when we arrived the staff had put balloons , a gift and chocolates in our room . The restaurants are wonderful too and the food is 5* Even the cafe/shop go out of their way to help with even the tiniest enquiries or problems . We will be back 100% Thank you for a truly magical stay once again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Read less

The Yacht Club Resort is nice with great access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. However it generally falls short in the way of amenities when compared the Grand Floridian. Both are labeled as deluxe resort but there is no comparison. My review is a concierge floor comparison. The Grand Floridian is a separate building that is more focused on families. The Yacht Club is a single floor and I'm not sure who it caters too but it is definitely and older crowd. Read less

Disney's Yacht Club Resort is exactly that, a resort hotel. Disney have had the experience of many millions of nights of people staying at their hotels so they should have got it right by now and it shows The room is slightly larger than the average business hotel room, twin Queen size beds are very comfortable; the air conditioning works; the curtains are reasonably efficient at keeping out the light and there are plenty of power sockets including USB sockets for charging iPads and iPhones. Our bathroom area was a bit dated and we understand that these are being upgraded. One peculiarity is that there is no restaurant capable of seating all, or even the majority, of the people staying here, the assumption presumably being that guests will want to be on their way to the parks as they open and will grab breakfast on the way. The Ale and Compass restaurant does serve breakfast but you are probably talking $40 per head, whilst the Market provides a few tables plus basics which can be purchased using snack tokens. We were fortunate in being upgraded to a Club room on the fifth floor which gives access to a club lounge which not only provides enough food for a perfectly adequate breakfast and supper but also cocktails between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. There are two pool areas, one super large and shallow and lots of fun for kids of all ages. There is also a more conventional pool at the side of the hotel which takes some finding but is significantly quieter. We are not the easiest guests to satisfy but we can thoroughly recommend the Yacht Club. Read less

This is the place to stay. Walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Large, gorgeous pool and water slide. We've stayed here two times. This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are a good size and they've updated the bathrooms and pool since the last time we were here. The store/food option is great for a quick bite. The restaurant is good and they will serve you in the lounge but the menu may be limited. Staff are friendly. Will stay here again.
