If I could have given less than one star I would have. We have traveled for over 12 hours with three children. I mobile ordered food at The market so that I could feed my children when we arrived just after 11:00 pm. After riding the Magixsl Express for over an hour we were going to be 5 minutes late picking up our food. I called the front desk to see if someone could hold our food at concierge for 5 minutes until we disembark from this “magical ride” and I was told no they would do nothing to help us and we should just order pizza….at 11:00pm….after traveling for 12 hours….with three kids. Do better Disney you used to be known for service. Read less

I’ll start by saying that we LOVE the Yacht Club and have stayed there many times. It has been our favorite Disney hotel for years. This was our first trip to a post-COVID Disney World. While we enjoyed our vacation, we were disappointed about a few things at the hotel and DW in general. The COVID protocols seemed to apply more when they would save Disney money. Disney had no issue with filling buses or ride holding areas to maximum capacity. (“Please fill in all areas so that you cannot see any carpet.”) However, only minimal housekeeping services were offered. “Light” mousekeeping (basically changing out towels and removing trash only) every other day was the highest level available. However, they had no issue with doing a safety room check each day. If a guest is uncomfortable with housekeeping, there is an option to opt out. And they ask at check in which you would prefer. Also, having packages delivered from the parks to your hotel room is no longer a perk of staying onsite. The free Magical Express will soon be gone, too. Disney is removing many of the prior benefits of staying onsite but is charging some of the most expensive rates that we have seen this time of year over the past decade. The room was nice, except for dodging dirty towels and trash that piled up. The beds were extremely comfortable (some of the best hotel beds and pillows that I can remember), and we would have slept wonderfully except for the horrible noise that the elevator made the first couple of nights. (They did take it out of service during the week.) The pool is one of the best at Disney, and it was great to have the convenience of walking to many restaurants, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios rather than having to use the bus or boat transportation. This is still a great resort. But the decrease is value is why I am only giving it a 4 instead of 5. Read less

Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had. 20 minute wait to check in. Raucous noise at 6-7am (but complaint and knock on my door at midnight). Bad service all around. No bars serving after 11pm. No restaurant food after 9:30pm. You really couldn’t pay me to stay here again, let alone pay the ridiculous $$$ they charge..

After many years wanting to attend the Food & Wine Festival, we splurged for this resort and finished our trip in Epcot. Even getting to Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom by bus was easy the first two days. A water view room on 4th floor gave us bird's eye views of the fireworks shows. Balcony was decent sized. Pool and lazy river was sandy, with sandy bottom, and certainly a nice concept. Slide is bumpy, though, so take caution with little ones who want to go over and over. We had adjoining rooms which was a great benefit. Loads of closet and drawer space would make this resort a good long-term stay option. The room could sleep 5, but was perfect for 3. Read less

The positive - hotel and rooms looks are pretty good, 2 very available pools . However very disappointed with the service, every other day housekeeping no garbage pick up no beds made! The room only has one very small fridge no microwave which is hard to understand since you mainly go to Disney for little kids, I had no way to make my baby bottles with any hot/warm water; all the restaurants around this resort needed reservation, no walk ins, the food at the inside market store was very limited. I suggest to bring thermos and small electric kettle to have hot water handy for babies and Go food shopping before arriving to the resort (snacks and water are so overpriced). Once inside Disney you feel like a prisioner, you cant go anywhere else to eat. Overall most of the dinner reservations I made , the food wasn't great at all! Very disappointed! Read less
