I stayed over a long weekend and this was my second visit. Now I think I’m hooked on Yacht Club and I don’t know if I would bother staying anywhere else for an adult trip. I had the prettiest corner room with 3 walls of windows that overlooked the lake and I could see the fireworks every night. I think it was the best room you could have. In the distance you could see the Boardwalk and the new Skyliners, which made it feel like Disney. The convenience to Epcot and HS can’t be beat. Taking the boat is the best. I did bus over to AK and a bus just a happened to arrive within 5 min. There were a few problems with the room, unfortunately, but the workers came and fixed them. The air wasn’t running upon arrival and needed maintenance, the safe didn’t work, and the first evening, a terrible smoky smell filled the hallway and my room. I did feel like I was constantly on the phone to the front desk the first day and night. They were friendly and everything was handled and fixed, including the smoky, burning smell that filled the hall. Hoping things aren’t getting run down there because I would love to stay again without frequent maintenance issues. It is a beautiful resort and I enjoyed my stay. Read less

The spacious room was overlooking the lazy river and pool. Delightful balcony to view the nightly fireworks and to just relax with a cup of coffee. Great access to Epcot, a short walk. The staff was amazing, trying to help in any way possible.

We only stayed one night because of the impending closing of Disneyworld and fear of the virus. The staff there is absolutely incredible. Been a WDW customer since they opened. First time they opened the room door & we gasped, not in a good way. We said to our bellman, it looked like a jail cell. My husband thought it wasn't cleaned yet. Then the bathroom! Yikes! Super tiny. Door opens 1/8 inch of toilet (door chipped) which hits the shower doors(no tub), which don't stay completed… Read more

Theres is not small table to put a cup of coffee on or a pen & pad to leave a note (for tip) to housekeeping. Nothing of walls except paint, no ceiling fan, ugly sofa with no pillows, no plugs on end table, cheap fake wood floors.Doors to outside are new and lovely! And all this for $800 a night.. Read less
