I have been to Disney World several times. And every time even though I have stayed in different hotels it has been the same: extremely bad. This time we arrived at 2 pm. I reserved 3 rooms via a travel agency. Just one room of the three was ready. Even though I payed a higher rate for a great view it was not what I received. I went with my family to the park. When I returned at 9 pm my keys didn’t worked. My family of 7 was waiting for me sitting down at a restaurant at the Swan hotel. It took me more than 45 minutes to more or less resolve the issue. It turns out that the room that they gave me wasn’t mine and they couldn’t figure out which room to give me and my luggage and personal belongings where in the first room that was someone else’s. To make matter worse finally after Almost one hour they gave me a room at an area of the hotel that was completely desolate. I was even scared to be there. At the end they changed me. The hotel personnel was trying to do the best they could. But still very uncomfortable. I payed a fortune for these 3 rooms and I think that this park, hotel and everything surrounding disney is overrated. Bad service, bad food, tons of people, extremely expensive. I HOPE I never have to return. I prefer to spend my well earned money somewhere else. Read less

Visiting Orlando is a NO NO. Please choose any other vacation. Not this one. We have been in this hotel several times. It is nice, but very very big and unpersonnal. Any how, it is a good choice in Orlando. But don’t visit Disney, it is not worth.

Staff are friendly, helpful & I had great service where ever I went. Walking down the hall I would be greeted by the housekeeping staff, the bell hop, whoever was walking by. I had my 'fancy' meal at the BlueZoo, it was amazing. A quartet was playing & the food was beyond compare. I tried the buffet at the Mediterranean Market, it was delish. My farewell meal was at the Fountain, I loved their hot dogs! The location was perfect for me with the Boardwalk a 4 minute walk away. There was so much available on the Boardwalk, a general store, food, games, etc. I was there for the Food & Wine Festival, Epcot was a few minutes after the Boardwalk. Hollywood Studios is also walking distance from this hotel which takes you along the river. The Disney bus from the airport, return does not go to this hotel so that does need to be booked separately but various options of transportation to the parks were readily available. I usually took the boat back to the hotel from Hollywood Studios. My first stop after check in was the Disney Planning Centre located in the hotel. It happened to start pouring rain while I was checking in so the boats were not running but back up transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was available by bus. I wasn't fond of the $30USD per night resort fee. Overall my experience was amazing, I would recommend this hotel. Read less

Sabrina pool side, went above and beyond to provide us the most exceptional service. This is the standard that all hotels should aspire too, This is the level of customer service, where you remember their names, because they genuinely care about you as a guest. BEST HOTEL EVER. As a frequent Disney traveler, I’m used to certain standards that this resort clearly fails to meet. 1. Whatever they are using to clean these rooms is horrible. My eyes are burning. 2. Look at the picture of the carpet! So gross! Customer service here whole polite, was unhelpful. For once, i can’t wait to leave Disneyland.
