Emeraude Beach Attitude

Mauritius, Indian Ocean

The hotel

As the Mauritian drinks cart rolls up to serve you cooling cocktails, while you sink your feet into the white sands of Belle Mare beach after a dip in its turquoise lagoon, you’ll know you’ve arrived in paradise. In fact, it’s so jaw-droppingly gorgeous here, they’ve now reserved Émeraude Beach Attitude exclusively for grownups. As much as you could spend every waking moment on the beach, there’s plenty more fun in store – whether you want to linger at the seaside with snorkelling, scuba diving, and glass bottom boat trips, or you prefer swimming in one of its two tropical pools. But it’s the authentic touches that really make this place unforgettable, from the island-inspired treatments at Spa Attitude to once-in-a-lifetime experiences like dining with islanders in their homes, and learning to make Mauritian curries with their local chef.

I had a great time with friends. The place is calm and cosy, the staff very friendly. The food was honestly delicious and they fixed my cocktails exactly as I asked. Awesome atmosphere at night with the sega singers and dancers.

Where do I start with bya perfect holiday. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by one of the nicest people I've ever met. Reena looked after us for our ten day visiting and organised my trip to the dentist to have a tooth out. Everything about the hotel was excellent which was made more perfect by the staff. Johnny, Talitha, Asha, Don and all the restaurant staff whose names I can't remember. The food was excellent especially kot nou where we celebrated my partners birthday. We were looked after by Vicky who was a great representative for the hotel. We had a good few laughs together. Thanks. We also visited the races at Port Louise and were given some tips by the hotel manager and a taxi driver. Didn't win a thing but thanks anyway. The food at the Tabi j was fabulous. Try the noodle and dim sun. I can safely say the food, rooms (Talitha) and hotel were perfect for a relaxing holiday especially the massage organised by Reena. I could go on but I can recommend the hotel and would have stayed longer if I could have. Once again thank you Reena for all your help you made our holiday. Only problem you told me I would put on 5 kilos. Its closer to 10. Thanks so much Read less

Fantastic holiday the hotel beach and facilities are wonderful. A special mention to all the staff who make you feel at home. The Al Carte restaurant is a must with local food and we enjoyed a cookery lesson making chicken curry that we eat for lunch. We will be back.
