The hotel

Anantara’s latest 5-star edition is located on the fantastic Palm Jumeirah and perfectly combines contemporary Asian flair with world-class facilities on this peaceful part of the palm. All with air-conditioning, balcony, terrace or private pool, interactive 42” LED TV, telephone, WiFi access, media hub, mini-bar*, coffee machine, hairdryer, bathrobes, iron and board. Standard Rooms are located within the resort complex, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

One Bedroom Overwater Villas are perched over the beautiful waters of the Arabian Gulf and are the first of their kind in Dubai! They have 1 king-size bed and living area, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.Anantara 2-Bedroom Beach Pool Villa with private pool, master en-suite bedroom with 1 king-size bed, additional twin bedroom and separate living room, sleeping maximum 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.  

Apartment Residence (North Tower only), 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments are located in the Anantara Residences (North and South Tower), adjacent to the resort, with modern kitchens and spacious interior, leading onto a large balcony spanning the entire width of the apartment offering views of the Arabian Gulf. Apartments have either resort pool and Palm views, or sea and city skyline views, walk-in rain shower. 1 Bedroom Apartments sleep maximum 2 adults and 2 children/infants (each child in an extra bed or each infant in a baby cot) or 3 adults and 1 child. 2 Bedroom Apartments sleep maximum 4 adults and 2 children, or 6 adults with 5th and 6th adult extra charge.

Stayed here after Easter for 7 nights & even with high expectations they were completely surpassed by the wonderful ambience, lovely food & 1st class, friendly customer service from every member of staff we interacted with. Starting from arrival the hotel were able to assist us with an early check in (I had emailed them weeks before arrival though couldn’t be guaranteed). On arrival in our room they had decorated the room for my wife’s birthday (again asked weeks before if they could do something). The room view was breathtaking across the Arabian Sea to the Burj al Arab (sail shaped) hotel, so off to a very positive start. During our stay we used mostly the beach (only minor disappointment was main pool was busy, loud & sunbeds side by said packed with families just like a cheap Spain resort), which again had wonderful views across the palm, over to the Atlantis one side & the skyscrapers around the marina the other side, plus a stunning mansion at the end of one of the Fronds opposite, all framed by the water villas either end of the beach - a lovely place to chill in the sun taking it all in. We used all the restaurants during our stay & each without exception provided a good variety of tasty food, all accompanied again with a genuinely warm & friendly service by all the staff. As said all staff in all depts, housekeeping, security, bell hops, concierge, restaurants, bars were great. I did research hotels before booking, I wanted to stay on the Palm to have the full Dubai experience but didn’t fancy the Atlantis or any located on the main “trunk” - someone recommended I look at Anantara & so pleased I did - quality of decor, service, food, views from room & beach all made for a perfect location to chill on the beach for the day or a good location to go & explore Dubai which we did lots of (we used taxis to travel everywhere booked on Careem App, they are available in minutes, usually a nice Lexus of Tesla, & cheap). Loved Dubai, loved Anantara - if we ever go back it will where we stay without question :) Read less

The seafood 🍤 was very tasty I enjoyed the service In Cresendo ‘ The all day dining restaurant ‘and big thanks for Sakuni, Cho Cho , Fayaz and Ajih for making my lunch more enjoyable.

Thanks Pawan and colleagues for a great stay at the Anantara the Palm. They took well care of our room and surprised us every day with a towel sculpture. The half board is decent but I would next time kept to breakfast only. Their are no beverage included, so you end up paying anyway but loose the full choice. The pools are very well maintained… Read more

It’s the people that make this such a relaxing holiday! From Anoop, who couldn’t do enough to ensure our room was perfect (including extra coffee capsules when he noticed our preference), to Martin who served us our daily milkshake and Caesars salad at the pool with such a warm daily welcome. Satya and Victoria at The Bushman’s restaurant who helped ensure we kept returning and left with special memories, and the team at Rivo (the best kept breakfast secret at this resort). But it’s also the hundreds of other people whose names we didn’t know - the proud man who ensured that a leaf never settled on the surface of the pool before it was whisked away, the numerous vigilant life guards. The restaurant managed that ensured my sick daughter had a meal delivered to her room. A resort with something for everyone - from a beautiful and relaxing spa, to the BIGGEST and cleanest pool/s (4 lagoons with “beaches” for bambino’s) we have ever been lucky enough to swim in, immaculately kept beach and soft, huge towels! Because nowhere is perfect - perhaps a few less kids club type entertainment options for “tweens” than other resorts we have visited - but made for more family time! But otherwise comfy beds, great air con, excellent food (lots of light and healthy options and highly recommend Revo for breakfasts!), and wonderful amenities. Highly recommend for a “don’t have to lift a finger” type holiday. Leave feeling like we’ve been here a lot longer than we have been. Thank you! Read less

Great evening at Bushman’s on Anatara resort. Satya our waiter/server was fantastic and very attentive. Food was great and restaurant very pleasing to the eye. Great idea to have jokes on pillows on your chairs. “What does an Australian call a boomerang that doesn’t come back?”……A stick!! Hahaha
