The hotel

One of the region’s most iconic buildings, Jumeirah Emirates Towers combines leisure and business for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the financial district. The hotel tower and the office tower are connected by The Boulevard, the place to go to splash the cash on those designer brands and grab a bite to eat at the celebrated Parisian hangout, La Cantine du Faubourg. If the Boulevard isn’t enough to fill your shopaholic desires, you’re just minutes from The Dubai Mall with it’s host of shops, attractions, and restaurants. Whilst you’re located in heart of the city, staying at the Emirates Towers give you complimentary access to the private beach at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, so you can ensure you get your fill of sunbathing in too. If you’ve had a busy work schedule on your trip, The Talise Spa is on hand to relax and rejuvenate, with an oxygen bar and flotation pool as well as a host of treatments. You don’t even have to leave the room to feel pampered though, there’s a menu of in-room bath options to enjoy a soak with a twist. And when you retire to the bedroom, the skyline views of Dubai really are spectacular.

The service is pretty good. The front desk is nice and the room is clean. They cleaned the room twice a day. The only thing is that the breakfast may need some improvement. The breakfast is good but the price is higher than other similar-level hotels. The food doesn't look better than other hotels.

Great hotel, we had a room with a fabulous view. Room spotless with the most amazing bedding. Reception area stunning and check in staff could not do enough to help us. Breakfast was busy but manageable and quiet if down before 9am. 24 hour shop 5 mins walk away aa is metro station which is only 2 stops away from Dubai mall, loads of causal dining close by and nice wee pool area. Can get beach access if needed. As it’s a Jumeirah hotel think it’s pretty consistent standards wise. Read less

The hotel rooms haven't changed much since the hotel was built. Lots of 90's fittings, tiny poky bathrooms, with bizarre room furnishings including a single 4 meter long chaise longue. Very poor room layouts. Most restaurants are independent of the hotel, overpriced and pretentious. A real tourist trap.
