We (Family of 4 with a 2 year old baby girl) stayed in the Two-bedroom Desert Secluded Pool Villa (Sunset). During this trip, we visited other high end hotels including the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. Personally (coming from all 4 of us), we strongly recommend this resort other high end resorts/hotels in the UAE especially if you are choosing activities and experience that's not only great for adults but also for the kids. Excellent in most aspects possible. Professional/attentive staff, well-managed rooms, great architect/design, diverse choice of activities/experience to choose from. Willing to come here at least once every year or two with our kid. Read less

Nothing was too much trouble for the housekeeping team. They quickly remembered our special requests and ensured they were available. The difference restaurants provided a great variety of delicious quality dishes. All beautifully presented with first class service. We also loved the bbq with its huge array of different foods.( even in the rain ! ) Although all the staff offered service second to none, I would like to say a special thank you to Kent and Rae who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Your breakfast manager - Mannie, ensured a perfect start to our day with an impressive and efficient team. Thank you. We will see you again soon. Read less

Just an incredible place. Completely tranquil and some of the best staff we've ever met. Can't recommend this place highly enough!! The only negatives I'd have is that it could probably do with an update (we've been going for 8 years and not noticed the rooms get any changes in that time) and our pool had a fair few loose tiles Also, the kids… Read more
Just an incredible place. Completely tranquil and some of the best staff we've ever met. Can't recommend this place highly enough!! The only negatives I'd have is that it could probably do with an update (we've been going for 8 years and not noticed the rooms get any changes in that time) and our pool had a fair few loose tiles Also, the kids club is pretty dreadful. They have "activities" listed, but the woman in charge wasn't exactly welcoming. Seems a shame to keep the kids tucked up inside in a kids club when they're in this incredible setting! Dance session was just plugging in an Xbox! Needs work...! Also, the spa is a bit average. There's loads of different rooms, but they're all pretty much the same. Saunas and steam rooms that aren't hot enough (so basically just a slightly warm room....) and ice buckets that aren't cold. Then the final spa room itself is absolutely freezing! Left feedback with the staff on this, as it was an expensive session We'll be back though, as it's such an awesome place! Read less

The most tranquil and wonderful place to spend with nature feet away. The accommodation was amazing, food and beverage all fantastic. The service received from our butler Charith was fabulous - he booked everything, sorted out all enquiries and made our stay even more pleasant. Will definitely be back again soon.
