Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai

Dubai Beach, Dubai Beaches and beyond

The hotel

'Caesars' has arrived in Dubai with all the pomp and ceremony you’d expect – choosing an emperor-worthy spot on the island of Bluewaters, connected to Dubai’s most famous stretch of sand, Jumeirah Beach. Not satisfied with its setting by those sands, Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai comes with its own private Cove Beach club and two outdoor pools, so you can escape the crowds and sun-soak in style. In keeping with its name, you can also be pampered like a star at Qua Spa, dine and drink like royalty at six world-class establishments, including Gordon Ramsay’s HELL'S KITCHEN, and be entertained by Vegas-style shows at The Rotunda.

Below is a thorough review of our stay! Day 1: We were greeted by Maria who was the star of the whole of the trip. She not only welcomed us but took our daughter under her wing. Our daughter was mesmerised by her (and was constantly seeking her out throughout the trip). Maria us a tour of the whole hotel and resort. The views were absolutely breath-taking. We had a buggy ride between the hotel and the resort and took pictures beside the statue of Julius Caesar. The room was simply marvellous, small but very modern and high tech. It had everything you would need from a family stay and a business trip. The kids/ teen club is great with amazing activities with the latest gaming equipment (including a virtual reality game station!). After putting our daughter into the Kids/ Teen club we proceeded to the Cove Beach restaurant. Giving a fair and honest review, the shisha was really not up to scratch (felt burnt and hard to breathe in) and the service was not very accommodating (even though we were staying at the hotel. They insisted on putting our cards with the staff, which we found uncomfortable as we have suffered fraud before. I know this is a joint venture with the hotel, but it would be good if they took into special consideration of guests at the hotel. We had very sound sleep in the night. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are very cosy. There was no sound and the housekeeping was very attentive to our needs. Day 2: The stay started with a scrumptious breakfast at Gordan Ramsey’s Hells Kitchen. Fantastic and tasty attention to detail food. I recommend the eggs benedict! After a couple of business meetings, we headed off to the Roman Lounge. The staff there helped us to both relax and created a very comfortable working from home environment. The staff to mention at the Roman Lounge was Alfred, Tayo and Silvester. They really looked after us and went the extra mile to service our extra demands (they understood we were very busy and rarely disturbed us). We left our daughter at the Teens Club. Need to specially mention Troy here who played a mean game of Fortnight with her! In the afternoon I went to have a swim in the pool. Unfortunately, due to communication differences I had a slight altercation with a lifeguard. However, I was very pleased how management at the hotel dealt with this. A special mention to Hope, who handled the issue with great magnitude, humility and an amazing infectious positivity. This is testament the amazing staff at the hotel. Later, we went to relax and have Shisha again at the Roman Lounge. A special mention to Mohamed and Alfred who look after all our smoking and dietary needs! In the night we had a very tasty meal at Bacchanal, which had a very grand assortment of buffet dishes. A special mention to Ricky who was not only friendly and kind to us all but arranged us all the golf buggy rides. Other staff to mention was Muiz and Clifford. After an exhausting day we headed off to bed. The sleep was very relaxing and calming. Day 3: In the morning we had breakfast at Hells Kitchen again. We talked to Pratik who was the Restaurant Manager. He gave us a real informative guide of how the Bluewater island was built, the present and future plans. Once the Dubai Eye is completed, it will be the place to stay! Pratik is a very friendly and informative person. Please ask for him if you are dining at the restaurant. After finishing our business work, we headed off to the spa and swimming pool. Very good and fresh. Good service. Then after a couple of hours at the Roman Lounge (whereby Asad, gave us some nice shisha) we were really given top class service by Alfred, Tayo and Silvester. Tayo also offered to show around the hotel to some of our relatives who visited us. Soon it was time to say goodbye to our working holiday. The trip started as it began with a very welcoming and hospitality from Maria! Conclusion: The hotel is amazing, secluded, hospitable and very classy. Your kids will love it! However, there is a slight criticism. The hotel should closely monitor and work with staff at the Cove Beach and its Lifeguards at the swimming pool, both which are not 100% welcoming to the hotel & resort guests. I know they are not direct hotel staff, but it is hard to differentiate as the whole complex has a resort feel. This is only a minor fault as the hotel is a hidden gem in Dubai and we will definitely be returning in the not too distant future! Read less

Alright, I stayed at this hotel during spring break and i forgot to write the review. So i am giving it a shot trying to remember everything. It was our first time into this chain hotel. We were curious to explore the fame experience. Arrival: First impression created upon arrival by the very fast movement of valet boys. Check-in: All kinda geeky smart check-in. No paper work, it is all.electronic and on iPad. It could be slightly cumbersome for elderly guests. The ambience of the hotel is very different from anything i had have experienced in my previous travel. It looked and felt like a huge spa. Rooms: Intricate, where every corner is nicely designed. The room is not greatly spacious but smartly distributed with a lot of storage. The quality of the amenities is super luxurious with a lot more of everything ( more than 3 pieces of everything) and ( high quality blue and red beach bag), superb. Balcony is tight, barely for two. My room view was on the side street , not.much to say. Breakfast: Breakfast was at Hell's Kitchen. I will provide a separate review for that yet it was a magnificent experience. The pool was distributed into multiple pools. It was good though. The walkway along the beach was something of beauty. Along that there is a beach club that runs a Miami style day long beach parties.on Fridays. The tidal current strong along the beach so it is not really for swimming. If you'd like to experience a different hotel, it is strongly recommended. The island itself is a very walking distance where can cross the pedestrian bridge to JBR. Read less
