The hotel

Dubai’s unshakable image as a destination for decadence is lived up to at Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai. It gives families a fabulous setting on Bluewaters, a family-oriented island destination, and is connected to the ever-popular JBR, showcasing views of the world’s biggest observation wheel, Ain Dubai. At 'Caesars', they don’t think you should miss out on grown-up treats, just because you’re travelling with children. So alongside musts like the fun children’s club, Empire Club and the trendy teen hang-out ROAM, they deliver other luxuries. Treats like a pristine private beach, two pools (one family-friendly and one for adults only), Qua Spa, and seven unique restaurants and bars, where you can dine on everything from prime rib and souffles at Bacchanal to modern Japanese cuisine and cocktails at rooftop restaurant Paru.

Where do we start? Amazing hotel and residences and a true diamond to experience in Dubai. This was our sixth trip to Dubai and the first for our boys who we had totally convinced we’re having a city break in Madrid! So first impressions the hotel is located on the new development Bluewater’s. It’s just across from JBR but very new, clean and quite. Arrival was easy, simple and very welcoming. We had a three bedroom apartment in the residence and was very impressed with the size and features. A real home from home and the family were exceptionally pleased. We spent five nights six days at Caesar’s and enjoyed the various restaurants, bars and areas available but the following are the most memorable ones! Laurel Bar gives amazing views across the beach and pools and we enjoyed this bar at various times early and late and the staff are attentive and focused to your needs. Also good for an evening Shisa. Pools are all clean and towels plentiful including water in cooler bags available from the teams behind the pool counters. Staff are friendly and helpful at the pools and drinks and meals are where they excel. We enjoyed the beach as the weather was fantastic as always in Dubai and the same levels of service around the pools is replicated on the beach. Make sure you experience the Fantastic Hells Kitchen for an evening meal! The team are as everyone else at Caesar’s tentative and focused and will ensure your needs are met accordingly! Beef Wellington is perfect and took me back to Vegas where I first experienced Hells Kitchen. Fantastic time experienced by us all and the team and staff at Caesar’s went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and our two boys haven’t stopped talking about this trip! We will be coming back Read less

From start to finish it was excellent - perfect service , with the staff clearly looking how they could make your day better. The adults only Venus pool was wonderful, so relaxing and the views from here back to JBR and across the water to the plan were breathtaking. Using the facilities , bars and restaurants at the palace too were good - Hells Kitchen amazing. We loved it so much , it will now be our new favourite in Dubai and look forward to going back early 2020. Thanks to the team here , you made our holiday highly relaxing and enjoyable Highly recommended. Read less

Stayed at the Caesars for 9 nights in October, Check-in went quite smoothly, the room was lovely at first BUT the beds were tiny, only 120cm for 2 adults, I have traveled alot around the world and I have never slept in a hotel with such tiny beds (for me 120cm is for 1 adult). When I informed the reception that we could not sleep 9 night squashed in a bed, I was told that was the standard size and that I could upgrade to a suite to have bigger beds (of course with a good price increase). In the end, we had to move to a King size room, which for 2 adults and 2 children was really not ideal (my son was cramped on the small sofa). The hotel lacks information about different restaurants on site. Cleo's table has terrible service, we went there twice to eat and each time we ended up waiting 1h30 for a basic order (one time the waiter had completely forgotten my order). There are nevertheless some positives with this hotel, the site is amazing, the pool is lovely, and the beach is so nice, lost of seashells to keep the children busy. The bluewater area, still in development, is a lovely area and quite close to The Walk JBR which is great for going out to eat. The hotel has lovely brunches on Fridays, unfortunately when we were there they were fully booked. I think this hotel has a strong potential, maybe as it is very recent it has growing pains. I would definitely not choose to stay there again if they do not change the bed size! Read less
