This was our first visit to Dubai and and after much research we chose Grosvenor Hotel for it's location and family apartments. We were definitely not disappointed. From the moment we landed, we were whisked away in a luxurious Airport transfer which the hotel had arranged. The hotel is luxurious and that in itself is an understatement. The check-in was very personalized, the bell man, the concierge, all staff was amazing and made our first trip to Dubai memorable. I don't understand how they can remember our names - bellman and door man called us by our names every day which was remarkable. The room was a 2 bedroom apartment and it was luxurious. We had amazing Dubai views, 2 bedrooms, a huge living room and four (yes four) bathrooms. It was definitely a luxurious room. We ate at 5 different restaurants at the hotel (Sloane's, Indego, Toro Toro Toro, Al Khaima, Rhodes) and all were fantastic. No complaints at all around service at the restaurants, pools and cafe/bars. Hospitality was the best ever we have received and our teenage girls were so impressed, they want to come and stay at the same hotel again. Well done Grosvenor House! Read less

Grosvenor House, thank you! Thank you to every single staff member for making our first holiday to Dubai amazing. From the moment you pull up in the taxi outside the hotel, you are made to feel very special. My family and I were here to celebrate a 30th birthday, we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment on arrival, what can I say, Wow! Pure luxury. All the restaurants we visited served lovely food, again amazing staff. Everywhere is so clean, with beautiful flowers in the lobby. The swimming pools are lovely as well, here the pool attendants like to place your towels down on the beds for you, nothing is too much trouble. On my daughters birthday the hotel left flowers, cake and a bottle of wine in the room, thank you for this, it was very thoughtful and my daughter loved the surprise. There is so much I could write about, but most of it has been said before. This hotel is truly fantastic! Grosvenor House, this was our first visit, but I can definitely say it won’t be our last. Can not wait until we return. FYI: Taxis Please only use the cream taxis, they are metered and very reasonably priced. If you use any of the others, they charge you double, even if they say they are metered! Read less

It is not often that expectations are met, if ever exceeded, however from check in to check out, we were impressed by the service, quality and 5 star standard provided at Grosvenor House. Travelling with 3 teens we arrived early and tired, our apartment unfortunately wasn't ready however, we were offered a drink in reception and then taken to a comfortable lounge for coffee and pastries. We were soon shown to our 3 bed, 3 bathroom apartment which was simply incredible with every room having views of the marina, skyscrapers or the beach. Breakfast in Sloans was immense and we had dinner in several of the hotels restaurants and at their sister hotel, Le Meridien and all were very good. House keeping were discreet and conscientious and the turn down service was a real treat. Fabulous staff by the pool couldn't have done more for us and the shuttle to the beach was effortless. No issues finding beds, towels were provided as was water, fruit, cold flannels and shots of frozen juice. The Grosvenor House hotel's reputation is entirely deserved and we cannot recommend highly enough! Read less
