We had a room with a pool view and balcony.room was quite big. There was a safe in the room, fridge, iron and iron board, hairdryer, bathrobes. Also aircon as well. Breakfast was buffet style some morn it was hectic depending when you went down. Cleintil I would say was mostly people from Indian,Pakistan, and other eastern countries,Russians,British. Food was ok at breakfast you could get cereal, bread, fruit, yogurts. Some asian style food. Staff were nice and friendly. There was a kids buffet area as well. We didnt go to the buffet at night. We ate at the pool every day. You could get lunch up till 6pm.we usually ate around 3pm and that kept us going till next morn. Food was always made fresh and was always hot. Lots to choose from burgers, fish, pizza, pasta salad dessert was good as well. Special mention to lucy who served us every day she was nice and friendly.you got a starter, main, dessert, soft drink included. There are 2 pools family pool, kids pool and there was a lazy river going round it there is a kids club as well. Dont think there was much on at night. But the parks were open late at night. The resort is a polynesian theme. Building's are only 2 storeys high. Its not a big complex so easy to walk round. You can walk to all the parks. There is also outlets across the road we walked one day its to expensive for us brits it was a nice centre to walk round. There is a pharmacy and a small we grocery store. The hotel also puts a shuttle bus on to it.i really enjoyed staying there. Yes I would definitely return. It was starting to get busy at the end as it was a hol over there. Read less

My overall experience was definitely one to remember - the hotel had a Hawaiian vibe with a breakfast that got you energetic for the long day ahead at the Dubai Parks (which you can take a buggy to get to or just walk along the bridge if the weather is nice). Once returning from the parks (which is mostly indoor with a few rides outdoors) there are many restaurants, on the outskirts of the parks, which we walked by. After, we wanted to have a dip in the pool which was at a good temperature and there is a lazy river which my family and I spent most of the time in relaxing. Another day we ate at the restaurant by the pool where we enjoyed some pretty good food, not amazing but a good portion to fill you up! All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed it very much with my family. We then ended off the holiday at the outlet nearby, which thankfully wasn't as busy as any other malls, as dubai parks is some distance from the city. Read less

We visited this place in November . Check In was not so fast as it was full. It was their peak season due to Diwali . But my check In was good thanks to Nirmala. She was helpful and fast. I have specially mentioned her name as otherwise it was too chaotic but she handled it very good. Also need to mention about Deena and Cathy both from front desk. Cathy was also helpful and have a lot of information about the resort . Also helpful was bhuvan from Housekeeping. And Godfrey from concierge. Why I have given 4 star then if I m praising all. This is because while cjwck out there were problems. We had informed at night only our checking out time so as not to be late to reach the Airport. But check out was messy and not handled very well. Luggage from room came after nearly 30 to 35 minutes. Most the guys were clueless about what was happening. When I asked who was in charge of concierge desk at that time . I did not get a proper reply. Ans no one came warm though I was waiting . Then someone told me the concerned person is busy on phone in office . It was around 7 in the morning I think. And the date of check out was 6th November. But other than this episode it was great experience . Recommended for others. Read less

This is the second time we stayed at the hotel to make use of the parks as it’s a long distance from the city. However you can notice a significant decrease in the quality compared to last year like you had to pay for extra drinking water as well as internet. The rooms were comfy and large and well maintained. Even tho the resort is connected to the parks , you have to pass river land to get to it which is more of a ghost town and a long distance of walking to get to the parks filled with tons of little bugs due to the river being dirty. You have to cover your face and mouth when walking as there is an infestation. There is no shuttle to the park so walking through the infestation is the only way. Be sure to carry proper coverings if you do not wish to swallow mini bugs 🙈 Read less
