Jumeirah Emirates Towers

Dubai City, Middle East

The hotel

One of Dubai's most stunning buildings (which is saying something as this city has so many stunning buildings!), the Jumeirah Emirates Towers is a great value hotel that redefines luxury. State-of-the-art facilities match state-of-the-art rooms, all of which boast floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping panoramic views of the Palace stables. Lined by walkways to The Boulevard, discover air-conditioned sky-lit courtyards, myriad boutiques and numerous restaurants. The hotel has its own restaurants too: Alta Badia, serving Northern Italian cuisine that is second to none. For something a little more laid back, The Noodle House is ideal for catching up with family and friends over favourite noodle dishes. Aside from eats and drinks (cocktails on the 51st floor are a must for more gorgeous views), the hotel also offers a world-class spa, fitness centre and gorgeous swimming pool to laze by. In the heart of Dubai, this is a great base to explore the city and offers daily complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark™ – something kids of all ages will love!

We had a wonderful time in dubai. Emirates tower was a very nice nice and the most convenient hotel that we stayed in. Staff was friendly. There is free shuttle to the beach. We were able to use the private beach close to burj Al Arab.

We were in Dubai for a week starting our month holiday celebrating our 55th Anniversary. Virus overnight blew up world. Thank goodness we were at the Jumeirah Twin Towers! We were only Americans in hotel with just a few other tourists. When it became apparent we could not continue our trip, the hotel reassured us that we had a room for as long as it took even with a discount. We were desperately getting our flight arranged without stopping in Europe. Reservations were changed several time and staff was so patient realizing our stress. Foot was excellent, service superb, hotel super clean and staff from managers to our sweet room attendant. Because of this generous service during a critical time for us, we will not forget. So we will return to Dubai and this time we will stay much longer. And of course, we will stay in Jumeirah Towers. We recommend this hotel to everyone because you learn quickly a business and staff when you really need them and they were there for us. Grateful! Thanks to all this wonderful staff. Read less

Wonderful stay! The hotel is well maintained and lives up to the Jumeirah brand in all aspects. Access to the Jumeirah private pools/beaches is an amazing bonus. Walking distance to the metro and Dubai mall. Thanks to all the staff.

We jeep on coming back to this hotel due to the fact that is has great (club) rooms, wonderful breakfast and it is located in the centre of most Dubai highlights. Friendly staff, clean rooms and personal interest makes this that we feel like home. High end for a reasonable price level with access to the beach as well.

Remains one of the best options when traveling on business, but check-in as well as e-butler service need an improvement. Most business travelers, probably arriving from long distance flights, cannot spend more than 5 minutes on checking in, and a bit of attention should be paid on the front desk. E-butler services should be responding within a couple of minutes; otherwise no sense/use. Nevertheless, the hotel is well preserved and very well positioned. Read less
