The hotel was Class A in every way. I was especially impressed by Ellen, Issac, Alladin, Helda, Hany, Bendali and Youssef who were extremely professional friendly and kind. Sommelier Yaeden made my stay. She is a super expert and has vast knowledge of all Isreali wines She even helped me after my trip to locate a winery. So sweet so personable I was alone the 1st few nights so having someone to talk wine to was amazing what a great hire for the hotel bravo

The room was big and quiet. There was a turn down service. Breakfast was lovely and the staff eager to help. When I looked at the wines on display one afternoon the someliere yardena came and her advise was excellent and she was very competent. It was a pleasure to be served by her.

Of many restaurants at which I've dined in Jerusalem, the dairy restaurant at the King David Hotel takes top spot. Brilliant in every respect, ambience, service, live jazz (on Thurs night), best Chardonnay to accompany grilled seabass. Brilliant

Exceptional service from concierge- fantastic food and location can’t be beat. The history and top level service make it one of the finest hotels in the Mid-East. We have been touring in Israel and have enjoyed the friendliness and gratitude from Israelis that we are visiting.
