It's been already 12 days since we left the hotel and the answer we got via e-mail from the fattal hotels is that I need to call the reception, really? On the other side of the world (Brazil), in 2019, with all the tecnology, this is the answer i got? I will not call the reception, i can't communicate myself in english by phone, I need my money back right now!!!! Don't stay at the hotel, it's excelent, but they don't give your money back as agreed. Read less

Fabulous hotel with amazing and super friendly staff that made our stay an unforgettable and unique experience of Israel, Tel Aviv and the hotel itself. We travelled to Israel (11.10-20.10) for the first time to celebrate my mum`s graduation from Uni. Our welcome at the hotel started with refreshing ice at the reception desk-exactly what we needed after slightly tiring trip from the airport to the city. Tali from the reception desk was super nice and pleasing to us, very engaging and made us feel good from the very beginning of our trip. She congratulated my mum which was very nice of her and I got the impression this stay at the hotel will be the one we will never forget and it was a pure fairytale. We got an upgrade and the room was a mere dream: very clean, light, on the top floor as I wanted it to be, with a spectacular view from the bathroom over the old city of Jaffa and the sea. As we always were happily reminding to each other with my mum: the best sunsets were ours. Also what is worth mentioning is that you always getting your room Nespresso coffee capsules and for us (2 coffee addicts) that was a gift=) We got an upgrade and had an access to the picturesque lounge located on the 10th floor of the hotel. It was very chilling and relaxing to stay in the lounge after a long day in the city. Natalia from the lounge was brilliant: very helpful, attentive and gave us lots of valuable recommendations and tips about what to see, where to go and what to experience during our first time in this country. The team serving breakfasts was also topnotch: Andrei and Suzanna were very cordial, service-minded and we always had very mice conversations with them (they also gave us lots of worthy tips and advice). Orel was also very delicate and considerate. Many thanks to all the team of the hotel for making our stay exceptional and joyful. +2 loyal guests (my mum and me) that will look forward to stay at this hotel and meet this amazing staff over again! Great location with many restaurants around, modern rooms, good value. They used to serve an amazing breakfast. The whole staff was great in general but I most say the staff serving the breakfast in the morning was outstanding always making sure we were enjoying everything!

Hotel is situated amongst many restaurants and bars.... however, if you want to go to the beach? About 20 min walk / 10 min by taxi... I’d actually give this a 4 star, but because Rooms are TINY. I was with my mother, and our room was facing one of the bars - so no sleep till 4am as it was too noisy. Our bathroom flooded both days too! No… Read more

I was with my mother, and our room was facing one of the bars - so no sleep till 4am as it was too noisy. Our bathroom flooded both days too! No breakfast - but we used to go out to eat. We were visiting Jordan, and asked the reception to help book bus tickets, he said we needed an Israeli ID, but really I just needed to enter my passport number, and so we went to the bus station the day before departure where a kind lady helped us book the tickets! So in general expensive for what you get, but that’s Tel aviv! Read less
