Had a family girls day off the slopes with lunch and spa appointments here. What a wonderful stress relieving experience amidst the CV pandemic. Service and lunch was spot on and we practically had the place to ourselves. Our 90 min spa appointments were amazing (facial, massage and prenatal massage) and totally pampering and relaxing. We were treated like royalty at the restaurant Conca del Sogno by all the staff, from the valet to the server, to the chef who showed us how the fish was prepared, to the hostess to the bartender--And our food and drinks were superb!

I was so excited to stay at the St. Regis and it was a huge disappointment! I booked a 2 night stay just a week before my visit, as a celebration & specifically to use the spa (as I'm not a skiier) and invited a friend to join me. I booked 2 facial appointments for during our stay ahead of the trip. I had received an email from Trace prior to my arrival asking questions such as reason for my stay, etc. Because of that, I expected a certain level of service, which I did not receive. Why are you going to ask me why I am visiting, if you're not going to bother to acknowledge it after I arrive? Why are you going to ask me what I am interested in (which I said I wanted to meet the hotel dog, Kitty) but then not tell me how to go about doing that (turns out Kitty is only around an hour every morning, if that is standard, why wasn't I just told that)? The night prior to my arrival, I again received an email from Kaitian asking me more questions, which I answered but had to subsequently answer again at check-in because nobody reviewed the email. Then there was the problems with the room, which compounded the issue. The hotel stays quite warm and so we wanted to open the window to let some air in. But then it would not close! We had to call maintenance to come and close it. Also the toilet didn't flush properly (found out from maintenance that because it's an old building, the pipes are half the diameter they should be), the sink made a clunking noise whenever used, the HVAC was loud (we had to turn the AC on since the window was a problem) and the worst was that the door was not always closing and we mistakenly left the door open for several hours while we had gone out. This is too many problems for one room! The icing on the cake (aka the worst part) was that my spa appointments were somehow lost by the spa due to a "glitch". I specifically had come to St. Regis for the spa and was beyond upset about it. I would like to thank Leslie for patiently allowing me to vent my frustrations uninterrupted. Post my stay, I did hear from Miguel (director of front office) to apologize for all the issues and received points for the inconvenience. I would have rather gotten what I paid for. Read less

Amazing stay at st Regis like the other at Regis in service. Can’t say one thing bad. It’s just perfection. Highly recommend. The breakfast is also phenomenal. The location is also really great. On out recommendation would be to have a hot towel at check in.
