This was a special night out and we were very disappointed by: the staff, who need to cheer up (perhaps it is down to where they work, I don't know but they did not seem interested); time it took to get our food and the place was nowhere near full; and they do need to make it absolutely clear about their tipping regime - we ended up paying on the… Read more

Five out of the six of us enjoyed the sirloin. It was seasoned well and cooked nicely. All six enjoyed flourless cake for dessert ~ rich tasting and most satisfying. Read less

Nothing really bad to say about the place. Just not impressed. Given that this hotel has a great location, the food could be a lot better, the restaurant is outdated and looks a bit run down. The staff were friendly enough but could be much more happier to be in work (compared to other places in town). Really loosing out on a great opportunity to… Read more

Very disappointing. The interior is extremely drab and needs refreshing The staff at reception barely acknowledged us on way in or out. Our waiter was fine and food got a mixed reception from our group. Guys you need to up your game. Roberto

I had a wonderful experience at the bar last week with Matt C. He was very knowledgeable of the spirits and had great conversation of his travels. Will go back to sit at Matt’s bar.
