We arrived and there was a problem with the electrical in the room we had booked. Beau helped us out by not only finding us a similar room, but by upgrading us to a beautiful large suite that was bottom floor, lakefront with a patio that had a fire pit. He exceeded all our expectations by also purchasing our dinner at the hotel's restaurant for the "inconvenience". The room had a few minor glitches like the blinds didn't work and a few fire places were having issues. Beau immediately sent out the hotel handyman, Manny, and remedied the situation. The staff here is absolutely wonderful and they were willing to do anything to make our stay memorable, which they did. We appreciate you guys and all your efforts and had a beautiful stay with you. We would definitely stay here again, as we know we would be well taken care of, the views here are gorgeous and the rooms are very nice. Read less

This place was awesome and felt like home. The staff was great especially Josh, Rebecca, and Beau. Beau helped us extend our stay in the middle of a big storm and he was great. Thanks! Highly recommend this place and we'll be back for sure.

Upon booking, communication was great – all of my questions regarding my upcoming trip were responded to so quickly. Upon arrival the staff was BEYOND welcoming. Complementary sparkling wine was offered (and was very much appreciated). The staff provided me with NUMEROUS recommendations for things to do, places to see and restaurants to visit. Our room was BEYOND immaculate, the hotel is centrally located (only minutes from practically everything and a complementary shuttle is provided), and I truly felt like all of my needs were provided for during my stay. I WILL BE BACK!! Read less

Joel, Josh, Al. All very friendly and accommodating, great service. The General Manager Gene Smallwood is a huge asset to this resort. Our interaction with him was nothing but wonderful. We brought an issue to his notice and his response to us was prompt and outstanding. He listened patiently to our feedback and rectified the problem with utmost professionalism and top class service we expect in a 5 star hotel. Thanks, Gene! This was our fourth stay and we will be back very soon. This review is way overdue and my apologies for that. Read less
