Staff wonderful ready to help! Room view was over the top, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Can't wait to go back! The resort has dining and enough activites to keep you active as you want to be. and Wonderful pool and jacuzzis to relax and unwind at the end of the day.

My son-in-law happened upon the resort website on the night of the 14th and noticed a banner at the top stating that the resort and everything there: rentals, restaurants, ski lifts were all closing on the 15th. We had zero notification by anyone about this. They barely even admitted it when asked directly at the front desk. It was like blizzard conditions outside with the roads covered. We were able to scramble to make reservations to get home and opted to leave that night to be closer to our departing airport. The resort was still checking people in without notifying them that the resort would be closed the next morning. They only had two people working the front desk even with them having that knowledge and knowing how many people would be needing to leave. It was the most poor customer service that I have seen in a long time. We will not return to support a company that has such little value in their customers. Read less

Other hotels in town are offering the credit should the festival be cancelled. what horrible service during a health crisis. guaranteed neither I or any of my friends that also stay here every year will ever go back! The sports shop has an amazing boot fitting area for any needed adjustments. Pool is like a bathtub all year for those that love to swim. Resort access to Squaw Village is extremely convenient with their free shuttle or by foot in about 10/15 minutes or by ski lift if you ski down Red Dog. Also noticed a free shuttle that goes from the Village to Tahoe City so one can really get by without a car around here if needed! Read less

Would recommend to anyone looking for a service oriented, high-end ski in/ski out resort with all the amenities. The staff was friendly and professional. We really like the ski valet service and the proximity to the chair lift.
