The setting is very beautiful, but you will enter the resort and wait for a very long time in your car in a long line--the valet never approaches. Trying to get the car at the end of the trip, they just put you on hold for 20 minutes and then just hang up. You call back and they do not answer. Trying to get the car at the end of the trip, they just put you on hold for 20 minutes and then just hang up. You call back and they do not answer. When you finally get them it's hold again and wait and wait. Plan accordingly--you won't get out quickly. There is "in-room dining," but the number doesn't answer--seriously--just goes to an answering machine and the operator tells you they can't transfer you and to just try again. There is never an answer. It's a lovely setting but poorly managed and poorly staffed. Read less

We had a business trip/Board meeting at the property and every single person was impressed by how beautiful and great this property was. We had a great meeting and experience! We had one issue with one room, but it was resolved very quickly and the guest was happy.

We have stayed here 1-2 times a summer for the last several years. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. We frequently stay in resorts when we travel so we’re used to steep prices, however, the restaurant prices at Squaw Creek are getting very high for the offering.

Beware of swarming flies in early Summer. The resort is nice but needs some updating in spots. The swimming poor facilities are well maintained. The tennis courts were under construction and used for valet parking during our visit in June 2019.
