We stayed at the Sheraton Park City for a family ski trip in March. Check in was quick and efficient, and the staff was incredibly helpful with shuttle information and restaurants. The attendant in the VIP hospitality suite was incredible! Drinks were always stocked, appetizers and snacks were fresh. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was prompted to write because of the special circumstances of COVID. We had ski tickets to Park City on Sunday, and we had set up shuttle reservations. Within 5 minutes of PC closing down due to COVID, the hotel called to tell us that we should change our ski day to Deer Valley. About an hour later, Deer Valley announced their closure, and the hotel called us again. Talk about prompt customer service!! We ended up skiing at Sundance, a short 30-40 minute drive from the Sheraton, and we had a great day! We might have been the last tourists out of Park City as they closed the doors behind us! Where else can you get a cozy, well maintained Sheraton quality hotel in close proximity to the ski resorts for a very reasonable price? We will definitely be back to the Sheraton Park City! After some of the reviews I had low expectations. I did request the top floor due to the noise comments. I was pleasantly surprised - our room was big, clean and well decorated. We ordered room service a few times and it was delicious - sometimes better than some local restaurants. The best experience was how the staff treated us. I let them know we were there for an early 50th for my husband and for our first vacation in PC. They were more than generous to us and made us feel so welcome. The smores set up was amazing! This Sheraton will be much better once they invest in modern renovations. It’s just stuck in a more boring era of basic room design for the masses. I did appreciate the vibrant photos livening up the walls, though it’s still kind of dark. It’s probably a good value but you still need to drive to town or the slopes, and they have shuttles to get you there. The staff is great, highly attentive and helpful. It’s close to 3.5 than 3 stars, but not quite worthy of 4. Read less

The window opened to the interior over the pool so the air out there was even warmer. The food service food was pretty awful too. A strange thing about the room...there was one hook in the bathroom to hang a towel. No where for a second person or for hand towels. My shower also leaked all over the floor. The staff was pleasant but can’t think of anything else that was redeeming. Read less
