As a Titanium Elite member I was greeted warmly and told of the hours of the Bonvoy lounge. The breakfast was very good as you got to use the restaurant (omelette bar, etc). I didn't go for the evening snacks/desserts as we were always out and about. I would like to point out some of the staff that made out trip very special: Ray from the restaurant - always had a smile and willing to help out in any way. He brought out our dinners (room service) several times to the pool and always interacted with my two young sons. Rosana, Bob and Miruna Borz from the Bonvoy lounge. These people are superstars and always so friendly and professional. Jack at the front desk. He went out of his way to make sure we understood the different transportation options, the shuttle, how to walk along the old rail path to Main Street, etc. We will definitely be back to visit this place, although it is going through a 'remodel' to a Sheraton. I hope that doesn't change anything. Read less

Did a business meeting here. Billing was outrageous- charged excessively for multiple things (extra fee per meal based on # of people, charged thousands for AV needs which only included basic wifi, power chords, and a screen, and insane attrition charge when we submitted a rooming list by the deadline but they said we needed to do a "final room… Read more

Event ran smoothly and food was good but proceed with caution. Lots of caution. Read less

Never sure why people are walking around all night, but that was our experience. The rooms were very nice and parking was easily accessible. However the day after checking out, our credit card was charged an additional fee. Called the hotel and after lengthy discussion, they agreed to remove the charge, but you should know what you will be charged BEFORE you stay. This has left a bad taste for us for Marriott. Read less

Spent one night here with my husband after a long hike on the Lake Blanche Trail. Check in process was easy and was offered a glass of water and a fresh baked cookie while waiting in line. The room was great, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was MUCH better than many other hotel breakfast buffets. There was plenty to choose from: fresh fruits, cereal, waffles, eggs, meat, omelet bar, etc. We made use of the hot tub and pool area; although the place was a mess with dirty towels everywhere and no clean towels in sight, when I told the front desk, they sent someone down immediately with more towels. They also picked up the rest of the mess while they were down there. I appreciated the speediness. We took the complimentary shuttle to MainStreet for dinner which I would highly recommend over driving there! The only hotel downside (which seems to be the case at every Marriott) is that the pillows are really crappy! We would definitely stay here again. We really liked Park City! Read less

Stayed for anniversary. Told Jack at the front desk. After returning from an afternoon on Main Street, had a bottle of cider and some chocolate-dipped strawberries waiting for us in our room. Such a thoughtful thing to do. Every interaction with the staff was similar. Covered pool was nice. There were meeting areas outside with gas fires. Nice… Read more

Such a thoughtful thing to do. Every interaction with the staff was similar. Covered pool was nice. There were meeting areas outside with gas fires. Nice touch. The concierge lounge was well served - good food for evening and morning. Rooms are comfortable. Shuttle will take you to/from Main Street. Great stay. Will be back. Read less
