It is a cozy hotel that makes you feel warm after a long day of skiing/snowboarding. Complimentary hot coco & s'mores were a plus! Make sure you visit the hot tub and pool area.
COVID protocols made us feel safe during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling in couples, family or friends:)

You can book the games room for the kids.

You can walk to many great restaurants.
Free shuttle bus to skiing and also to the town center.
Allowing us to check out at 3pm.
I could go on and on about great they have been! We will be back!
Only thing I would improve is the breakfast options. $18 per person even for 4 year old kids is ridiculous. So we never did breakfast. Make it more affordable for families ASAP please.

Awful, Stay away!!!!!!

Don’t be fooled by some of the photos, this place looks like a 70’s motel as soon as you pull and had finishes that would look cheap in an RV. That’s not the worst part that would belong to the worst customer service imaginable. DO NOT waste a dollar of your money here.
Outstanding hotel staff with a quick shuttle service but very thin walls!

Decided to visit and stay in Park City, Utah for a 4 day/3-night Christmas Weekend. Being a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, we decided on the Sheraton Park City.
PROS:
- Covid-19 safety protocols were in place
- Adelie at reception was nice and even took a picture of my wife and I by the beautiful lobby Christmas Tree.
- Good location in Park City within walking distance of the Union Pacific Road Trail and good restaurants (try Fuego’s/2-minute walk from hotel)
- Free Shuttle to the ski lifts and Downtown Main Street. The driver Wade shared great stories about the history of Park City which we enjoyed a-lot and recommend tipping.
- Unexpectedly we received Elite Breakfast buffet (usually $18) vouchers which the buffet was plentiful, and we loved the cooked to order omelets. Our server Fatima was very, very friendly and fast plus gave us great tips on what to do in town. Will miss her!
- Timbers bar was good, and Jake was a very friendly bartender. The hotels had free appetizers, popcorn and small dessert which was nice.
CONS:
- Check-In was smooth and we always request a top floor for peace and quiet and don’t have to hear stomping foot noise from above. Well, we were given a second-floor room right in the middle of three floors with an adjoining door and yep, soon we hear stomping noise from above. Why would you put a couple of two below a family of four…just saying?
- In addition, the walls are very thin as you easily hear conversation in the next room, hair dryer, shower, TV, etc. Now I guess I could have asked to move rooms but that is why you request from your room desire from the start.
- Hotel had the little plastic bottles for shampoo/conditioner/lotion which I always comment about as hotels should go to the refillable type which save on the environment and plastic waste.
Value for money to stay in Sheraton Park City was good. I gave the hotel 3 stars as the staff and amenities were great but the noise from the other rooms (not staffs fault) left a lot to be desired. I share this review for anyone who wants a peaceful and quiet stay and not hear lots of noise. We might be back if given a requested a top floor.

With many customers needing our help, we are prioritising those customers due to travel before 31 December 2020. Log in to Manage my booking where you can message us about your options or you can give us a call. Bear in mind you may have to wait longer than expected. We continue to review this and working to open up these options to more customers. In the meantime check out our FAQs to see if this can help answer any immediate questions.
Rest assured; we will notify you as soon as we know if your holiday has been affected.

Payments are being prioritised based on when the request was made, working in order from March 2020 onwards. We will always try to process refunds at the earliest opportunity, for requests before August our maximum timeframe is 120 days. As we are steadily reducing the maximum processing time for each new request, for refund requests made in August, we expect the maximum processing time to be 80 days, from the date the refund is requested. For those requesting a refund in September, we expect it to be processed within a maximum of 60 days, and then reduce to 30 days for refunds requested in October, before returning to normal levels.
To finalise the amendment, one of our customer advisors will phone you. We need to work through amend requests in departure date order so we can prioritise those with the most imminent travel plans, so you may have a longer wait than usual until we’re able to ring you back. We will help everyone that wants to move their holiday.
I returned early from holiday and have further questions?
