Itinerary

Stop 1: Cape Town

Arrive in Cape Town and the city is yours to explore. Make sure you take some time to climb Table Mountain (whether by foot or cable car!) for some incredible views of the Cape Peninsula.

Days 1–3: Cape Town

Take a full-day Cape Peninsula tour where sights include Camps Bay, Hout Bay, the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Boulders Beach, home of the famous colony of penguins. In the evening why not take a stroll along the V&A Waterfront with its abundance of bars and restaurants, this is one of Cape Town’s biggest tourist attractions!

Day 4: to the Winelands

Drive from Cape Town into the magnificent Cape Winelands.

Stop 2: Stellenbosch

Explore the fine art galleries, the architecture, the history, and the curious and quaint shops of historical, glorious Stellenbosch.

Days 56: Winelands

Travel into the Cape Winelands, and on to your hotel. Then you're free to spend the day at leisure meandering along the wine route, stopping at selected wine estates and enjoying the beauty and tranquillity of this lush area.

Stop 3: Hermanus

Travel towards the coastal town of Hermanus for breathtaking mountain and sea views.

Days 78: Cape Whale Coast

Hermanus is at the centre of the Cape Whale Coast and is the world’s best spot for land-based whale watching. Enjoy a couple of nights in this charming seaside town with its whale watching sites, restaurants, markets and an abundance of natural splendour.

Day 8: Cape Town

Drive back from Hermanus to Cape Town airport for your onward flight.
