Stop 1: Cape Town

With so much to see and do in Cape Town, holidays in this beautiful city provide the perfect blend of stunning scenery, gorgeous beaches and intriguing culture.

Days 1–3: Experience Cape Town

With incredible views over Table Mountain the V&A waterfront marina is a very special place to be, it’s also the departure point of many of the boat tours available, including the ferry out to Robben Island. To explore the rest of Cape Town, why not use the hop on hop off bus tour, its great value and has stops at all the key attractions. If you are hungry for more, the winelands are a must to explore! Top class wineries and tasting with scrumptious lunches in beautiful surroundings will certainly make for an unforgettable experience.

Day 4: to the Winelands

Transfer from Cape Town into the magnificent Cape Winelands.

Stop 2: Stellenbosch

Explore the fine art galleries, the architecture, the history, and the curious and quaint shops of historical, glorious Stellenbosch.

Day 5: Spier

The Spier Hotel is situated on the historic Spier wine farm in the heart of the Stellenbosch winelands, the village-style buildings, lush green lawns and spacious rooms are situated next to the calming Eerste River. The design is reminiscent of the Bo-Kaap or Mediterranean villages where pedestrians have right of way.

Stop 3: Sanbona safari

Days 6-8: Sanbona Wildlife Reserve

Take an unforgettable journey to Sanbona Wildlife Reserve, nestled in the heart of the Little Karoo just a 3-hour drive from Cape Town, along Route 62. Surrounded by towering mountains and open plains Sanbona Wildlife Reserve will transport you to a place where time stands still and nature takes centre stage. Sanbona boasts an impressive collection of succulents and wildlife, all of which are free roaming within this huge privately owned 58,000 ha reserve.

Day 9: Cape Town

Drive back to Cape Town airport for your onward flight.

For extra piece of mind, new bookings made before 31 August 2020 for travel up 30 April 2021 also have the flexibility to amend free of charge. If you need to change don’t worry, you can move your holiday as far out as 31 December 2021 subject to availability.

If you still need to speak to us to change or cancel your booking, and you are due to travel in the next 14 days, please log in to Manage my booking to call or message us.  You are our immediate priority.

Payment flexibility


Don’t worry if you’ve missed a payment or just need a little more time to pay; we have options available to help you. 

You can continue to pay for your holiday in Manage my booking, even if travelling in less than 12 weeks. 

If you’re struggling to pay, you can delay any additional payments by choosing a new time to travel. If your holiday is more than 6 months away, you may wish to set up a Direct Debit to spread the cost. This can be arranged whilst rebooking or afterwards in Manage my booking.

We're flexible with your holiday plans


We understand that you may wish to change your holiday plans and we appreciate the need for flexibility. 

We'll be in touch by email letting you know how to register to change your holiday plans. You can also log into Manage my booking to find the details there.

We’re sorry to say that it’s taking much longer than usual to process your refund. It’s taking longer than we’d like as well. This is due to the number of requests being sent to us and our teams working from home.

We’re doing our best to help every customer, but we’re not able to always meet the 15, 45 or 90-day timeframes we originally stated for every customer. As always, we’re grateful for everyone’s patience and understanding. It means the world to us.
