The hotel

JA Ocean View Hotel proudly overlooks the Arabian Gulf with stunning views over Blue Water Island and Palm Jumeirah. Each guest room is furnished to the highest standard and gorgeous sea views and balconies. Head outdoors to the infinity swimming pool to cool off or laze beside in oversized loungers. There’s a separate kids' pool with shade cover so children can play to their hearts content too. Fitness enthusiasts will love the state-of-the-art health club complete with Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna or pamper yourself at the spa, offering a plethora of tempting treatments to leave you feeling on top of the world! Shopping enthusiasts are in luck too as Beach Mall is directly opposite the hotel and Marina Mall is a short distance away. Where is it

JA Ocean View Hotel is located on "The Walk”, Dubai’s outdoor shopping mile with restaurants, cafés and shops in the Dubai Marina, as well as being steps from a gorgeous stretch of public beach. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 30 minutes.

346 rooms and suites (153 interconnecting) on 25 floors. All with air-conditioning, sea views, balcony, satellite TV with pay-per-view movies, telephone, WiFi access, mini-bar*, tea/coffee maker, safe, hairdryer and iron and board. Sea View Rooms are located on floors 5-14 and offer views over the Arabian Gulf and The Palm Jumeirah, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds and a rollaway bed on request, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.



Half Board option: Half board is defined as breakfast and lunch or dinner. The meal includes a buffet or 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert per person and applicable children’s menu in the all day dining outlet. No beverages are included. Half Board is available in the following restaurants: Le Rivage (breakfast and dinner) and Lvl Blu (lunch only).

Superior Sea View Rooms are located on higher floors, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds and a rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Club Sea View Rooms are located on floors 21-25, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds and a rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suite Sea View Rooms are more spacious with a living area, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds and a rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Family One Bedroom Suites are a special family room with a living area, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds and a rollaway bed, sleeping maximum adults or 2 adults and 2 children plus 1 infant.

Coral Lounge: situated on the 24th floor with views over The Gulf, offering the following complimentary benefits to guests staying in Club Sea View Rooms, Junior Suite Sea View Rooms and One Bedroom Suites:

  • Breakfast service daily from 6:30am–11:00am in the lounge or in the all-day dining restaurant Le Rivage
  • Afternoon snacks from 3:00pm–5:00pm
  • Evening hot and cold canapés with selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic house beverages during happy hour from 5:00pm-7:00pm
  • Coral Bar within Club Lounge will operate until 7:00pm, with last order at 06:30pm. All alcoholic orders outside of happy hour timings will be charged separately upon consumption
  • Daily newspapers and magazines

  • 2 pieces of laundry per day

Good customer service is the strongest point of this hotel. Concierge Lasantha was very helpful. Best location of the hotel. Very good service during dinner and good meals, unlimited water. Small mistakes were made when giving people from Poland the menu in Russian instead of English.

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, Raj surprised my fiancée and I with a lovely cake and petals and roses on our bed and it look fantastic, the hotel is very clean and kept to a high standard I would 100% recommend JA ocean view for couples and families and I will 100% be back

The hotel is great for families and couples! They are opening a greek style restaurant soon and we will definitely be back to check it out. The breakfast and dinner are very tasty. We are very thankful to Raj who kept our room in very good condition - clean and tidy.
