My husband and I were impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff here, the great breakfast buffet (fresh slices of orange and grapefruit were so good - get so tired of the same old cantaloupe and honeydew melon at other places), and the nice pool area. We also used the laundry facilities and the exercise room, and both were clean and everything functioned as expected. Our room was large and comfortable. I would have appreciated more light in the bathroom and over the sink. Overall, we were happy with our experience and would stay here again. Read less

This Courtyard has the feel of a much higher end property. Expansive lobby with nice touches. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and they have a decent restaurant on the property as well. I'm not really sure I understand the negative reviews here. We didn't experience any of the problems described in some of the posts.

We stayed two nights, didn't spend a lot of time in the room except to sleep. The beds were really comfortable. Our request for extra towels and pillows were fulfilled before we arrived, smooth check in and great service throughout our stay.

My husband and I checked in to Courtyard Page at Lake Powell for Labor Day weekend. Our experience started out with the front desk staff. The lady checking us in was beyond rude. My husband and I checked in to Courtyard Page at Lake Powell for Labor Day weekend. Our experience started out with the front desk staff. The lady checking us in was beyond rude. Basic questions were an inconvenience to her. The questions she did answer, she did so in a condescending way. We have been loyal Marriott members for many years now and have never experienced such horrendous customer service. This experience ruined our stay at the property, and we do not play on returning again. The property itself was ok -- very outdated. Good location but good luck with the customer service. Read less
