Bally's Hotel Atlantic City

Atlantic City, USA

The hotel

Bally's is the perfect location on the boardwalk. You have The Walk Shops right on your doorstep and in the summer time all the beach bars are right there. In fact there is so much here, you won’t even need to go outside! There is plenty of gaming space here and the Wild Wild West Casino is a sight to behold. Built to resemble an old west mining town, when you enter you come face to face with a 20-foot-tall mountain, a stream, waterfalls, mines and animatronic figures as a "Forty-niner" who tells stories while panning for gold! To relax there is an excellent resort-style spa with gorgeous spa treatment rooms and 7 indoor whirlpools. Once you’ve taken a swim in the enormous indoor pool, recline on the beautiful sun deck overlooking the pier mall and boardwalk. After the relaxing though it’s time to get back out there! Blue Martini is the top nightspot at Bally’s to dance the night away, with live bands and DJs and you must try the speciality Martinis. Mountain bar offers non-stop happy hour. If you want more of a grown-up theme in your hotel, then Bally's is the place to go.

The curtains were ripped in the room. When I went back later for bed, there was a roach crawling in the bathroom, the bathroom sink was dripping water from the pipe, couldn't turn off. Washed my hands and face, the sink stopped up. Took at least 20 minutes for the water to drain out. The bathtub had noticeable mold around some areas, the shower curtain was molded. This was a disaster. It was almost 2am, no point in contacting the front desk, thank God I was only staying 1 night, or I would have requested a room changed. I felt dirty even after showering. I cannot believe a room in this condition is being sold to customers. So disappointed.😒 Read less
