Caesars Atlantic City

Atlantic City, USA

The hotel

With a name like Caesars Atlantic City you should expect something regal, fitting of a VIP and that is exactly what you get at this resort. Set against the Atlantic City Beach on Pacific Ave and near the Boardwalk and Steel Pier, the grand sculptures of horses and columns adorn the property make it very hard to miss! The architecture is reminiscent of ancient Rome and the beautiful fountain in the front is sure to catch your eye. There are so many different options when it comes to Caesar's Atlantic City; 145,000 square feet of gaming floors; more than 2,300 slot machines; a theatre that has hosted Tony Bennett, Smokey Robinson and Ringo Starr making the real decision here being what to do first? Do you try the spa or one of the 10 restaurants? Night time is sorted though with Atlantic City’s brand new nightclub. Undulating lighting and the hottest music will keep you going until you need to head back to one of those restaurants!

We stayed Caesar’s 4 nights. We stayed Centurion tower room 4205. We went down to watch the implosion and had an extended stay. As always staff extremely friendly. We were able to check in with no issues. The front desk girls Jasmine at check in and Elvira when leaving were so pleasant. No big wins but did have fun. My granddaughter was with me… Read more

My granddaughter was with me and had no issues doing virtual school. Enjoyed walking beach in snow. Even though the weather cold-snowy and raining Thursday and Friday we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Caesar’s staff again!! Read less

After I made my reservation I called the hotel directly and and what the COVID restrictions were and if most things were open and the hotel operator told you just have to wear a mask, I have no problem with that, so we kept our reservation. When we arrive most restaurants were closed. only the most expensive restaurants in the casino were open. we were told we had to pay for parking ($10.00 every time we left the parking ramp) and internet(oh we could get it taken off the bill if we only wanted 2 devises to use) almost all employees at the hotel were very unfriendly and not helpful at all, come to find out when we left parking was only suppose to be $5.00 not $10.00 for hotel guests, which no one told us. My husband and I have not had a vacation since we were married 30 yrs ago so we went all out, got a senators suite which after there fees and taxes was over $300.00 a day for 5 days (we were told Caesar's was the place to stay) so I expected a real nice room or a great view, I was wrong. The first room they put us in was dirty and in the hallway all you could smell was pot it would almost knock you over so they moved us. the second room was cleaner and the hallway did not smell. but I think it was all original furniture and carpeting yuck. We went to other casinos and people and employees look happy and more pleasant. Thank you Caesars for making my only vacation in 30 years a miserable one I will send people that ask to go anywhere but Caesars group that includes Wild west, Bally's, Topicana, or Harrah Casinos I will be recommending Borgata or Hardrock. There was nothing directly bad or good about my recent stay, which is considerably less than I expected, having stayed at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas in the past. The room was clean, a bit old feeling, there was no view. Soaps and conditioner were mismatched, which had an odd feel, just a bit underwhelming given the name. Staff was friendly and… Read more

All of the staff we encountered were very courteous and professional. Once our room was ready, we stayed in a double bed room in the Forum. It was a bit dated, the bathroom was small and you could hear just about every siren that passed by. If we decide to go back again, it will be in another tower in a higher floor. Read less
