I was totally disappointed to have been subjected a long time awaiting a room change after checking in and not wanting to stay in an adjoining room. . The front desk/rep informed me that I could not change room; the hotel does not allow any exchanges; I requested to speak with the manager; waited a long time before any one arrived. The original rep returned to ask if I had my items with me. "Total confused" The manager never came and I proceeded to the room to pack my items only to return for another lengthy wait. The room was okay; outside area contained several boxes and the carpet was soiled. So much for changing rooms. Overall the hotel is nice; I should have waited until the hotel was FULLY opened; to include paid entertainment. The worst; birthday was celebrated as planned One added bonus: Free Parking; Thank you Read less

Booked a room at the Forum Tower that’s the last time I will ever do that! They put more effort into their lobby and restaurants than they do their rooms unless you get a Big Ole Suite for Hundreds of dollars! First theres no valet due to Covid so we was lost trying to find the parking garage and Hotel period! Once that happened we were already frustrated not to think that we tipped the Bell Boy and he didn’t even deliver our bags another one did so I told him to share the tip with the other guy Smh! I reserved a room to over look the water but got a room over looking the blame lobby! The room was a small box with NO microwave or coffee pot! Dresser was off track and missing designs on the front! One little kids round table and one chair for two people! Bathroom is so small you have to turn around to use the toilet! Over all I’m very disappointed due to the fact I wanted this to be a surprise for my husbands birthday! I had been calling all week to make sure everything was straight for him but NO I came out better going to the Country Inn and Suits or Marriott! Caesars I’m very disappointed in you for the lies that was told to me and when I complained you act like you didn’t care or there was nothing you could do! Folk avoid the FORUM TOWERS SOUTH SIDE!!! Can’t wait till we check out of her cause they won’t give out money back! Never Again!!! Read less

I booked a room for 2 nights, two weeks in advanced for my birthday . It was a King bed for me and my husband with the ocean view in the Centurion Tower . Upon my arrival I notified the lady at the front desk that I had a reservation and gave her my name. I took the keys and headed towards the room. For starters the building layout was confusing there was not enough signs or staff to point me in the right direction. The one security guard I asked gave me a hard time when I asked so me and my husband decided to figure it out in our own. We realize we were having such a hard time finding the room because they placed us in the wrong tower. That was ok, not a big deal but the issue for us was that we were given two queen beds. My and husband are both over 6 feet tall so we weren't ok with the queen bed. We attempted to call the front desk only to be placed on hold for 30 minutes. So we went to the front desk and spoke with the gentlemen at the front desk. He was very kind and understanding and the mistake clearly was not his fault. He told us that the room I booked in advanced would not be available until tomorrow. He was very polite but I just didn't understand how the room I booked so far in advance had been given away. We went back to the room in the Ocean tower and realized the room was dirty. There was cup marks and a sticky substance all along the dresser. Even when we were switched to the correct room is was also dirty, crumbs on the floor and the table had not been cleaned. At that point I didn't even want to be in the hotel anymore. The casino was fun I just wished I went else where. Read less

Absolutely horrible. Will not ever come back here again. Fire alarm went off at 3:23am, and we got tricked into a room with no views when we were promised to have rooms with views. We asked to change it the next day, they will gonna charge us $70 per room when the rooms are listed on website for cheaper.
