Caesars Atlantic City

Atlantic City, USA

The hotel

With a name like Caesars Atlantic City you should expect something regal, fitting of a VIP and that is exactly what you get at this resort. Set against the Atlantic City Beach on Pacific Ave and near the Boardwalk and Steel Pier, the grand sculptures of horses and columns adorn the property make it very hard to miss! The architecture is reminiscent of ancient Rome and the beautiful fountain in the front is sure to catch your eye. There are so many different options when it comes to Caesar's Atlantic City; 145,000 square feet of gaming floors; more than 2,300 slot machines; a theatre that has hosted Tony Bennett, Smokey Robinson and Ringo Starr making the real decision here being what to do first? Do you try the spa or one of the 10 restaurants? Night time is sorted though with Atlantic City’s brand new nightclub. Undulating lighting and the hottest music will keep you going until you need to head back to one of those restaurants!

Trip was cancelled due to the Covid-19 outbreak, yet was still charged for a room that was "comped". Called to resolve the issue, only to met by a rude customer service agent who of course claimed that she was the supervisor, and that nothing could be done about the fraudulent charge. I understand that times are very tough right now for casinos (and their employees) but this a horribly short-sighted way to recover. Enforcing this petty $50 fee will ultimately cost you thousands as I'll now be losing my entertainment money elsewhere. P.S. - the site is forcing me to select a travel date, but just to re-iterate, I *didn't* travel as my flight was scheduled to land in JFK, a hotspot for the outbreak. Read less

Great room, excellent location, very good service and amenities. Not that many more to say, but we plan to come back as soon as the hotel is open again. It was closed due to the Corona Virus crisis by the NJ governor.
