My wife and I stayed here on Labor Day weekend. It is easy to get to right from 95. Although it’s called Inner Harbor, it’s a bit of a walk, especially on a hot day. The room was fine. The elevator did not work when we were leaving, so we had to walk down 10 flights of stairs. We ended up in an employee area that was locked. In the event of a… Read more

The elevator did not work when we were leaving, so we had to walk down 10 flights of stairs. We ended up in an employee area that was locked. In the event of a fire, this would be a disaster. Moreover, the market had almost no snacks, so we walked about a half mile to a 7-11. Let’s say the neighborhood at night was much less than desirable. Read less

Beware when you book this hotel. First of all the location is horrible. Drug addict, homeless people all around. The hotel staff smell like a walking liquor bottle. The rooms are extremely nasty. They have a lot of crime, drug addict and homeless people staying there. We checked in and checked within 5 minutes. I will NEVER go to that hotel again.

No house cleaning. No clean towels. Can't even get a cup of coffee at the hotel. When we asked about the exec. lounge, they said we could have a free bag of chips from the little sales shelf near the registration desk. You might as well stay at a Hampton Inn as the service is better over there, you can still get coffee. waste of money. Read less

COVID has hit this hotel hard and they have not reacted well. The quality of service has dropped off a cliff, there are literally homeless and obvious prostitutes hanging around the lobby and the upper floors. It is common to smell marijuana in the hallways and in the covered driveway at the entrance. The front desk clerks rarely wear a mask and… Read more
