First things first....the views are amazing and being right on the beach was a huge plus, but it ends there. CONS: 1) My husband and I booked a last-minute trip to Bermuda. Upon arrival we were informed there are resort fees and if we were okay with paying them, my answer was no and why would i pay resort fees when I had already paid for my room and stay? That was met with a deer in headlights stare by the front desk attendant. Resort fees are ridiculous, absurd and just a way for corporations to make more money, upon arrival I had no choice. 3 nights in resort fees cost $138 2) Towel service- on day two, we wanted to grab a few towels from a stand and head to the beach and they were completely out. between 10am-12pm I've inquired multiple times at the front desk and the response I got was that housekeeping got a late start and they should be available shortly. I'm glad housekeeping got to sleep in, but if you are charging $400+ a night + resort fees with no amenities, I expect you have towels by the pool at a minimum. 3) The room was clean but extremely outdated and the curtain doesn't close all the way, so in the morning you get woken up by the sun 4) The food options were very disappointing. We ate lunch upon arrival from the airport and it was okay at best and we didn't eat at the "resort" for the rest of our stay. Service was delayed and poor yet gratuity is automatically added to the bill 5) Priced like a resort, operating as an Inn - shower not clean Read less

My husband and I just came back from Bermuda for our babymoon. The location is amazing. The rooms are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable and the rooms cool off quickly (no coffee maker). The amenities are very much lacking. We had issues with getting beach towels daily and a majority of the chairs on the beach were broken. We did not see a lot of staff on the property and the beach area was not kept up (used towels everywhere, chairs not rearranged, beach not cleaned up of trash) Not sure why its called a resort when really it was more like a hotel. They had a courtesy golf cart to take you to the main street which was broken on our second day there. Its a hike from the hotel to the main street because of the hills especially in the heat so the golf cart would have been key. The women at the front desk were amazing with giving out information and helping you schedule events but the men at the front desk in the afternoon were challenging. They were not helpful and half the time gave you an attitude for asking questions. For the price in comparison to other hotels/resort it was a bargain you just have to be mentally prepared that its not a resort. Read less

Just came back from a 4 night trip with my wife for my 50th birthday. Positives: - The place is right on the beach, and what a beach it is. Water is spectacularly blue, warm. Just came back from a 4 night trip with my wife for my 50th birthday. Positives: - The place is right on the beach, and what a beach it is. Water is spectacularly blue, warm. If you're a fan of the ocean away from the Northeast, this beach is for you. Negatives: - There's very little room at the beach for chairs. Most of the chairs were broken. - The worst towel experience ever. No towels at the beach, none at the pool. You had to ask the front desk for towels each day (which were always frayed). - Wed/Thurs had day visitors from the cruises, weren't enough chairs and umbrellas. Ultimately they brought out enough, but only after the hotel visitors had to get worked up. - There's no beach activities. No snorkeling gear to borrow. - no drinking water whatsoever. literally need to walk up the hill to go to your room to get water. Or go to the tiny store in the hotel and buy a bottle of water. - No hotel gym. The had a tennis court and some equipment to borrow. The handles literally had no grips on them, you were holding the exposed wood. - Had to change rooms because the hot water heater was creating banging noises all night. When we changed rooms we were apparently expected to move the coffee machine ourselves. Took them another day to find another one. - Indifferent attitudes from the front desk when you ask for something Overall, would only suggest going if you can get 3 star pricing because the beach is amazing. But the rest of the experience leaves you feeling cheated. Read less

Coco Reef Resort is a nice and comfortable place in front of the beach, from there you can admire the amazing color of the ocean. From your room you can have a breathtaking view of the full moon emerging from the sea.
