Arrived on a Wednesday evening for a 2-night business trip stay. Pleasant-looking lobby and nice check-in experience. I have the lowest (Silver) status but was told I was upgraded to a “city view” room, so that was nice. As mentioned by other reviewers my room was about as large as a large cruise ship cabin but I found it to be perfectly sufficient. It didn’t feel cramped at all. The room seems to have been updated fairly recently and the decor felt modern and comfortable. The bathroom tile looked and felt great. The only minor knocks I’d give it are for a peeling mirror corner (it’s a nice large back-lighted perimeter and the “mirror” material sticks to the glass from the back and was peeling a bit) and that the shower was pretty small, requiring you to get a little wet reaching in to turn it on. I didn’t use any other services (bar, restaurant, gym, etc.) so I can’t comment on them, but overall I was very happy with my stay. Read less

We went here because it was across the street from Wang Theater. Great spot next to theater and public parking lot directly across the street at Tufts Medical Center as well. Courtyard has valet parking for $60, but parking across the street only cost $24/24 hours with validated ticket (just go into the Tufts Medical emergency room and ask them… Read more

Courtyard has valet parking for $60, but parking across the street only cost $24/24 hours with validated ticket (just go into the Tufts Medical emergency room and ask them to stamp it, I had no problem). Anyway, the hotel itself was clean, comfy, and friendly! I would definitly stay here again! Read less

But the room was noisy during the night. There was only a single connecting door to the next room that let in all the tv and conversation noise from the adjoining room. (Most other hotels have two such doors - one on each side that each party can lock and greatly deadens the sound passing between rooms.) We were also woken up every hour or so by loud banging in the hallway - I do not know if it was from banging doors or something else. Since the main point of hotel is give a good night's sleep, I would only give our stay there a 3.5 out of 5 stars overall. Read less

Perfect stay. Very nice hotel, great bed. Recognition of elite status, all applicable benefits received including pre-arrival upgrade. Parking is $60 which is to be expected in downtown Boston. Excellent.
