But the room was noisy during the night. There was only a single connecting door to the next room that let in all the tv and conversation noise from the adjoining room. (Most other hotels have two such doors - one on each side that each party can lock and greatly deadens the sound passing between rooms.) We were also woken up every hour or so by loud banging in the hallway - I do not know if it was from banging doors or something else. Since the main point of hotel is give a good night's sleep, I would only give our stay there a 3.5 out of 5 stars overall. Read less

Perfect stay. Very nice hotel, great bed. Recognition of elite status, all applicable benefits received including pre-arrival upgrade. Parking is $60 which is to be expected in downtown Boston. Excellent.

The best feature of this hotel is the location. Right in the heart of everything that is Boston! Only a few steps away from about everything you would want to do. Public transportation is close. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and fun places close by. My only complaint, the rooms are small. Like very small. We had a King bed, and there was hardly enough room to walk around the bed without bumping into the desk or side wall. This isn't a big deal if you plan to only sleep in your room, but if you plan on making a long trip or spending time in your room, I may suggest elsewhere... Overall, this hotel was perfect for us, a comfortable place to rest our heads. If you have a large family or plan on staying long, just be prepared. My wife and I would stay here again if we visit Boston. Thanks! Read less

Molly and Stevenson were super sweet. The housekeepers on my floor were super sweet and friendly. The room was TINY! I was hoping to have a relaxing bath but there was no tub. I was bummed. There was hardly any counter space in the bathroom. Bring your own amenities. I was not impressed with the bathroom amenities they offered. My room was near the elevator. I could hear the ding of the elevator at all hours. It was a bit hard to sleep. The Wi-Fi was TERRIBLE!! It's just your basic free unsecured Wi-Fi that didn't let me connect to anything. With that being said, I'd say location and service are great. Read less

Fully expected to check our bags and head out for the day. They had a room ready!! Checked in and in our room in ten minutes. Full Starbucks in Lobby, made a great latte each morning. Restaurant was overpriced for food. All staff encountered were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us in any manner. Had a car waiting at 3:00am for our flight out on Monday. Not the safeest area at night but we did not have any problem. Directly accorss from Wang Theater. Read less
