Great location, beautiful pool, very professional staff and gorgeous room. We moved here after staying at the Pacific edge and we were absolutely disgusted and horrified by the condition of the rooms, the staff, the restaurant, and the absolutely disgusting conditions and also how my car got damaged.

I hadn't stayed at this hotel in over 10 years and wow shame on me for not reading the reviews before I booked this hotel. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location to the beach! I am one that loves the sound of the ocean! But besides that everything else about this hotel is awful. Rooms are dated with bathrooms that are tiny. The shower was only 4 feet by 4 feet and you couldn't practically move without hitting the wall and or the door. Mold on tile and towels that have seen their day. For the amount of money, they charge it shouldn't be this way. I complained about the rooms and of course, they blamed it on COVID. The last time I heard construction has not stopped for a single day due to COVID. Property needs a major remodel. Don't spend your hard-earned dollars here. Not worth it. Read less

Hotel on the beach & excellent food and service at their restaurant Splashes. Staff are great with Covid protocol with masks and gloves. However, rooms are very dated with no AC, bathrooms super small with locker room showers and mold on the tiles, carpets smell moldy/dog & no one enforces guests wearing masks. Hotel rooms need major remodel. Benefit is being directly on the ocean. I love the sound of the ocean but it’s loud and if you close your sliding Glass door you can’t hear the ocean, dogs/kids on the beach but then the room gets hot (no ac just overhead fan) and smelly. This hotel had it all. If you are looking for a nice quiet stay on a private beach front resort this it. Request ocean front view. You will hear the waves hit the hotel. You will feel like you are sleeping directly on the beach. The staff was extremely professional and nice.

Went for an anniversary getaway and it was AMAZING! The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and super clean! Views are incredible, food delicious, staff is nice, and there are tons of sanitizing dispensers everywhere! Great great drinks at the pool as well! 5 stars all around!
