Between Willows Shopping Center, 1 block away, and Waterworld California, just a half mile stroll, the hotel is also just 1 mile from other East Bay attractions including Todos Santos Plaza, Sun Valley Shopping Center, and Buchanan Golf Course. The hotel runs a complimentary shuttle to and from places within a 3 mile radius of the hotel, including Concord BART station, which connects you to San Francisco. Self-parking $18, valet-parking $20, plus tax per night (payable locally, subject to change). Transfer time to San Francisco airport: 45 min.

Bed was a bit stiff for me, room was stuffy, and bathroom small. But staff friendly and helpful, room clean, facility was nice. Centrally located to a lot of things. Conference room was small for our group and could hear other conference noise, but not a huge deal.

Very Rude and unhelpful staff, When asked to speak to manager during check-out, none was available ( it was a saturday). when i asked for a call back on Monday, did not receive.Very Rude and unhelpful staff.

This is a nice facility, well managed, clean and friendly staff. The rooms are a bit outdated and have (in my opinion) pretty hard beds. But, the rooms are clean and well appointed. Definitely recommend it!

I always stay at the Concord Hilton when in town to visit family. Excellent and very nice place to stay I know what I’m getting when I stay at the Concord Hilton, always clean and comfortable,first class.
