We had never stayed at a virgin hotel and found through Priceline on one of the deals where you don’t know which hotel for sure you’re going to stay at; we could not have ended up at a better hotel. The rooms were set up very nicely/very functional-the bathroom/entry area in particular to help maximize space and functionality. There was a nice decor, gym and rooftop bar. Above all though the staff and Brian in particular was outstanding. We didn’t take any days off so we flew in at 8am saturday morning and left late Monday-the hotel was nice enough to let us check in at 8am and then kept our bags so we could enjoy a third day in Chicago after checking out Monday morning. Great location to get to places and a great experience. Would love to stay here again next time we visit. Read less

We actually travel to Chicago now just to stay at the Virgin. The Chambers are hip, spacious and comfortable.... So much so, that I just enjoy just hanging out in our room. It's my special Relax and Chill spot :-) When we do leave the room, everything is within walking distance: Food, Shopping, Site-seeing. Brian and Chad at the front desk always go above and beyond to make sure our stay is wonderful. Honestly, Brian and Chad are why we want to keep coming back. They are amazing and make me feel so special. I look forward to seeing them and it feels like coming "home". We always have a great time during "Social Hour" at the Commons Club. Shout out to Connor, Tyson and Zack! Thank you to the entire Virgin staff for making our time with you so enjoyable and FUN! Read less

Very easy to see why this is one if the top rated hotels in Chicago!! The layout and cleanliness of the rooms (chambers) is second to none at this price point. The public areas are absolutely spotless, well designed and decorated. The Front Desk staff at this hotel are stellar, especially Brian and Andrew!! I could go on and on and on about this… Read more

When he was my server for the dinner he always came to make sure I was doing okay and had great service. I was very impressed by how great the service was. They are both great at what they do! Chad E. and Brian J. at the front desk have been our friends since our first visit and they do everything they can to make our stays memorable. The social hour is fun and all the bartenders were great. We missed Chef Moosah this visit, and we will miss Nicole V. as she moves on to a fantastic opportunity on Necker Island, Virgin's Island getaway. We come to Chicago mainly to just stay here and see all our friends. It had been nearly 18 months since we were there. We'll try to be back sooner! Read less
