The hotel is linked to the convention center, so it is super-convenient for events there. The atrium is impressive and the rooms are spacious, so there are some good things about it, but my room had too many annoyances for me to really recommend this hotel. Top of the list is the desk - it has no direct lighting, so it's difficult to work there. The WiFi didn't work on the day I arrived, but was OK later in the trip. There's nowhere to plug in a computer or phone charger at the desk - I had to crawl on the foor every time I wanted to use my computer power supply. Read less

I stayed here while attending a convention. While my room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, the hotel is not set up for the business traveler. There was no outlet by either desk in the room or even by the bed, and only a power strip by the TV. There was no outlet by either desk in the room or even by the bed, and only a power strip by the TV. I went to the concierge desk to pick up a package, and when they could not reach the purchasing office by phone, they took my info and advised the package would be located and delivered to my room. An hour and a half later I went back to the concierge desk only to find no one there. After waiting a few minutes I went to the front desk. They were able to locate the package, and handed the heavy box to me to carry back the 10 minute walk to my room. I would expect a hotel attached to a convention center to be set up better for the business traveler. Read less

Although it's a beautiful hotel, for the price, I can stay at a Hampton Inn and get a better complimentary breakfast and FREE WiFi. It seems almost archaic in this day that we have to pay for WiFi. Also the beds are too small compared to Hampton Inn. This only benefit is easy access to BJCC and downtown area for concerts.

Well 3 hours later and no word, so I called and now they had no record of the room. After another trip to the front desk it was fixed. Overall, hotel staff need to work on being courteous and not in a hurry. Read less

There were no drawbacks to staying at this hotel. The rooms, bed, service, proximity to restaurants were all top notch. Speaking of “top”, Top Golf was a couple of blocks away. It was a great alternative to normal business travel.
