Do not accept a room ending in -62. This past weekend I stayed in room 762, a newly renovated section of the hotel. While beautiful and very clean, it is LOUD. These rooms are right against the newly opened 59/20 corridor through downtown. I did not sleep more than 45 minutes at a time due to sirens, big trucks, motorcycles, etc. that felt like… Read more

These rooms are right against the newly opened 59/20 corridor through downtown. I did not sleep more than 45 minutes at a time due to sirens, big trucks, motorcycles, etc. that felt like they were in the room with me, even though I did have a noise machine. When asked about the quality of the stay by the front desk at check out, I was honest about the noise and they acknowledged they were concerned about it in that section. If you do not stay in a loud room, this is a great property. Clean with lots of dining options. Read less

The rooms are icy cold, moldy and mildew; unclean linen. The repair engineer always tries to get money… Read more

The rooms are icy cold, moldy and mildew; unclean linen. The repair engineer always tries to get money out of you by telling the same old story of his hard times due to his dad recent surgery. This is insane. Read less

I love the Sheraton Birmingham. The best part is the initial check in at the front desk. Tonight staff members Annaka, Desmond, Alesha, and Paronda were so friendly and personable. I’ve stayed here many times and will only stay here in Birmingham on my travels. Great hotel, great staff and great location.

Even though they say they have a dog waste station, they honestly do not have one. This hotel is downtown and there is nothing around for pets to go potty. The hotel rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. I have an issue with them telling pet owners that they have relief areas. The bar is dirty and the bar tender looks like a crack addict who doesn’t know how to make drinks. If you have pets stay at a roadside hotel instead . Read less
