The location of the hotel is excellent. There is no shortage of eateries once you stepped out the hotel. The City Connector (bus) will take you to most tourist spots for 30 cents fare. The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is nice and spacious. My recommendation is to update the carpeting and the elevators. Look very outdated.

This is the first Indigo property that I've had issues with. Very nice when you enter, staff was friendly. Then you get on the elevators, they both are in need of maintenance. Then I get to my suite, not bad but not great either. The first night the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water from above in the shower and on the toilet, the ceiling… Read more
This is the first Indigo property that I've had issues with. Very nice when you enter, staff was friendly. Then you get on the elevators, they both are in need of maintenance. Then I get to my suite, not bad but not great either. The first night the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water from above in the shower and on the toilet, the ceiling was peeling away where the water was coming in. I called the front desk to report and they said they would contact their maintenance people. Like a lot of hotels these days there was no one on duty at night. The front desk did not mention this and did not try and find me another room. I had to listen to the "PING" of water dripping on theta of the shower head all night long. I mentioned this the next morning and nothing was done in my room, the water had stoped so I guess they found the problem in the room above. I felt like the ceiling above the toilet would drop on me at any time(it didn't). On another note, when I had breakfast the next morning(this was included for 2 when I booked the room which did not mention a price cap) I tried ordering the Steak and eggs and was told that I could only go as high as $11. At the time I had forgotten that I had payed for two as my wife was supposed to travel with me but had a change in plans. I settled for bacon and eggs.......out of bacon at 7am. Day 2 breakfast before I leave to go home, no cook, no food, I was reimbursed for the $11 but not happy. On the good side, the bartender at the lobby bar was very good and friendly. I think her name was Star but I'm not sure. Also of note was a young man working the door and Valet, Luke Smitherman was very friendly and helpful with my car. Read less

Disappointing visit overall. Mostly, it was cleanliness of the room. There was a sticky spill on the floor outside the bathroom (soda, I hope), footprints on the tile bathroom floor, splatters on the bathroom mirror and sink fixtures, no tissues in the tissue holder, water stains on the shower door, no hair conditioner, and so forth. During the day there was a lot of heavy rain, and it started to leak through two of the windows and onto the floor. (I reported the leak twice to the front desk and no one ever showed up, though I’m not sure what could have been done.) I used a couple of towels to soak it up, and after the room was made up that day, the towels were still there. And, the most minor of quibbles, the coffee keurigs were not replenished. The staff was variable. A great front desk person, a so-so front desk person, a surly valet, a cheerful valet. Finally, there were assorted food items for sale in a fridge including three day old turkey and cheese sandwiches. Yuck. Overall, it just seems management is not terribly engaged or detail oriented. Not good for the indigo brand. Read less

Our stay at Indigo left a lot to be desired. The room had no bathroom fan, no mini fridge and there wasn't even ice on our floor. The coffee selection provided was poor and the bed didn't even have a bed skirt. Also, the room was very hot when we first walked in. Because the room was so hot, we thought the air wasn't working, so we called the… Read more

Just a poor experience all the way around. NOT recommended. Read less

I’ve been to the hotel twice on business, each time for more than 10 days. The staff remembered me and treated me very well. The hotel is extremely clean and located near some fantastic restaurants. Admittedly, I did not use housekeeping very much, and I don’t have a very big per diem expense account, so I did not use the restaurant in the hotel. I like this hotel and I would recommend it. The only thing I did not like is not under the hotel’s control. There is a large homeless population that congregates in that section of town. Being a single-traveling female, it was often uncomfortable. Also, on a Friday and Saturday night it is quite loud at the bars around the hotel, but that did not bother me. I slept right through it.
