We had a lot of difficulties checking in, and the room was ok. It definitely didn't feel "covid clean," but was not excessively dirty. Stained linens and the couch was stained. It was just underwhelming. There was a sign at the front desk mandating mask wearing in pubilc areas, and no one I saw was wearing a mask. It wasn't addressed by employees.

We often stay at Hotel Indigo but this was a very different experience. We often stay at Hotel Indigo but this was a very different experience. The hotel noted valet parking however there was no valet and the person at the desk could not direct us to the gated lot - we had to find parking on the street a block away. When we arrived we immediately had dinner then returned to our room to discover that the floor in our shower was peeling in large chunks - like 6 inches long in places. I called and we were reassigned another room however that shower also had a large area, approx 10 inches round peeled off. Also note that there is not a coffee maker in rooms and when I went to the desk for some as signs noted, they told me I would have to wait for it. Just overall a very disappointing experience. Very good service from Irving at the front desk and the friendly bartender. Loved the room too. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Beautiful bathroom. Love the furniture in the hotel and the rooms. Thank you!

The location of the hotel is excellent. There is no shortage of eateries once you stepped out the hotel. The City Connector (bus) will take you to most tourist spots for 30 cents fare. The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is nice and spacious. My recommendation is to update the carpeting and the elevators. Look very outdated.

This is the first Indigo property that I've had issues with. Very nice when you enter, staff was friendly. Then you get on the elevators, they both are in need of maintenance. Then I get to my suite, not bad but not great either. The first night the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water from above in the shower and on the toilet, the ceiling… Read more
This is the first Indigo property that I've had issues with. Very nice when you enter, staff was friendly. Then you get on the elevators, they both are in need of maintenance. Then I get to my suite, not bad but not great either. The first night the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water from above in the shower and on the toilet, the ceiling was peeling away where the water was coming in. I called the front desk to report and they said they would contact their maintenance people. Like a lot of hotels these days there was no one on duty at night. The front desk did not mention this and did not try and find me another room. I had to listen to the "PING" of water dripping on theta of the shower head all night long. I mentioned this the next morning and nothing was done in my room, the water had stoped so I guess they found the problem in the room above. I felt like the ceiling above the toilet would drop on me at any time(it didn't). On another note, when I had breakfast the next morning(this was included for 2 when I booked the room which did not mention a price cap) I tried ordering the Steak and eggs and was told that I could only go as high as $11. At the time I had forgotten that I had payed for two as my wife was supposed to travel with me but had a change in plans. I settled for bacon and eggs.......out of bacon at 7am. Day 2 breakfast before I leave to go home, no cook, no food, I was reimbursed for the $11 but not happy. On the good side, the bartender at the lobby bar was very good and friendly. I think her name was Star but I'm not sure. Also of note was a young man working the door and Valet, Luke Smitherman was very friendly and helpful with my car. Read less
