We asked for the 4th floor because it’s “most haunted”. We were laughed at and given 10th floor. The room is gross and has a stain on carpet and broken closet door. They don’t care about customers and are lazy. Valet workers are the redeeming quality of this disgusting hotel.

I always stay at Hampton hotels. This location is the very best! I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast which was different each morning. The downtown location was ideal. Overall great experience!

The toilet height was made for a toddler and the sink counter height for a giant. The shower head was cheap and non-functioning, and we had absolutely no control over the water temperature (the choices were extremely hot or hotter than that!). Also, the bed sheets were too small for the bed. Thank goodness we were only there one night.

The staff at this location was very nice and quick to respond to any request. The hotel itself was well cared for and in a great location for a downtown stay. You should keep in mind that valet parking is required there though, unless you want to park in a street / metered parking position.
