Awesome experience with friendly staff and room was clean with great views. In the heart of midtown with shops, restaurants, and Piedmont Park. The atmosphere and vibe was great and plenty to do in this area.

The room and customer service experience was great. Tyler Forsyth has amazing customer service experience. He made sure that he greeted every customer that came to the front desk even if he was not assisting them.

I recently did an extended stay at the Loews during a home renovation and it was a great experience. Their team was so wonderful that I felt like I was leaving friends when I checked out. The desk supervisor, Tyler Forsyth, took such good care of me and my pup, Minnie. Peter at the bar practically had my drink ready each evening. And even the doorman ran to open doors for my multiple walks with the dog. I highly recommend staying at Loews Midtown. Piedmont Park is a couple blocks away and it is surrounded by restaurants and nightlife. I felt very safe from Covid with their protocols as well. Even my pets enjoyed the stay! Thanks Loews friends! The staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. I felt like I was checking in at a bad motel and they didnt want to check me in. I dont expect people to jump for joy but when checking in at least a few happy expressions.(while wearing a mask) Front desk reps and market rep were rude. I dont expect people to jump for joy but when checking in at least a few happy expressions.(while wearing a mask) Front desk reps and market rep were rude. Takes a few seconds for TV channels to change when watching TV and getting started.(because of the hotels channel network) Pillows were hard. I requested towels and didnt recieve them so I had to get them front the front desk. Parking Gate key didnt work good and they mentioned it might not work. Gate attendant wasnt nice. The Room was clean though so kudos for that. For about 500 dollars a night I would expect much better. I have stayed before several times but this will be the last most likely. Read less

The reviews indicated I was making a solid choice to stay here for the first time. Here's why it was not: (1) The hot water valve in the bathroom sink was not working. Water mix was either all hot or cold. Notified front desk and it was repaired. 2) All the coffee creamer was solid so probably was EXTREMELY old. Notified front desk and it was replaced. (3) The carpet was stringy where it meets the tile. Haven't seen that before at other hotels I frequent. (4) At 1:30am, we had enough of the hallway party which got really loud. Notified the front desk and they sent security to shut it down. (5) 16th floor...fantastic views of the silver-grey roof and HVAC mechanicals. You get to hear them all the time. (6) My credit card was billed a crazy amount that didn't belong to me. It took three days later to get a credit applied. Things happen....a miss or two I get. But SIX items???? Staff was responsive and the hotel is nice in other aspects but the total package wasn't all that glitzy for our 3-day stay. Read less
