Its location also lets you immerse yourself in America’s love of sports, putting you right beside Centennial Olympic Park, Philips Arena, Georgia Dome, and the College Football Hall of Fame. If sports aren’t your thing, you could always escape to the fitness centre, or the 6th floor sun deck, with its heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and city views. A downtown hotel, there are plenty of dining venues in the surrounding blocks and at CNN Center, from steakhouses to sports bars. But you can ‘dine in’ on upscale American classics at Prime Meridian, cocktails and appetizers at Latitudes, or simple coffee and snack combos at Morsel’s.

They didn't mention this on the website... nor did they mention it will be $45 PER DAY for parking. I got the deluxe king room and tried to watch Netflix on their "smart tv". I was rerouted to a screen where I have to connect to their wifi and cast Netflix from my phone. To connect to wifi you have an option $8.99 or 14.99. You would think if you get the deluxe room, that breakfast is included. We went to eat breakfast and they had a buffet and a menu. Like most fancy hotels, you again believe that if they have a menu with prices then the buffet is mostly likely free. After eating we were handed a $50 dollar bill for 2 people to eat a couple pieces of bacon with a little eggs and fruit. Read less

Main dining room needs rehab and waited over half an hour post ordering to get breakfast. Staff helpful and efficient otherwise. Nice place but not a top flight hotel the way it is now. Read less

I gotta say I'm not impressed with this Omni Resort. We got into our room and it seemed cold, we turned the heat up, went out for a few hours came back and it was still cold. Went to the front desk to inform them, they said they would send someone up to look at it, and they never did. We also had to ask for a do not disturb sign as we weren't given one. Ice machine on our floor (8th) doesnt work, so I have to go down a level to get ice...told a staff member but they shrugged it off...next day ice machine still broken...based on the fact that there is no ice sign outside of door I get the feeling it's been broken awhile, but the front desk could and should have warned us. Housekeeping on our 1st full day didn't fold the extra blankets we asked for last night (they were just thrown on the bed), didn't take away our empty drink glasses and didn't give us a clean ice baggie. The 2nd evening while casting Netflix to the TV we kept getting kicked back to their main TV channel...checked my phone and that the app was up to date. We casted 1st night and had no issues. Lastly, whenever the "heat" (or AC) kicks on our lights flicker. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement. Not sure I'd stay at another Omni. We stayed here for the dreamhack convention. Read less

No bar in the hotel, the sports bar in the CNN tower was terrible and it took 55 min to get a pretzel and okra. The drinks were also not very good and wait staff was slow at best. Tons of construction. No hotel restaurant and no where to grab a snack. The staff is nice enough but give terrible directions. The room is clean but not worth the price. Will never stay here again and most likely will never stay at Omni again. I thought we were choosing a nice hotel and maybe it’s just too big and can’t handle the volume but again, extremely disappointed and frustrated. Read less
