We were very disappointed upon arriving to the hotel and realizing that this particular hotel was far from the 4- star standards that we’re used to. Besides having a great location, everything else was substandard. The sheets were stained on arrival and the AC didn’t work properly. We were very disappointed upon arriving to the hotel and realizing that this particular hotel was far from the 4- star standards that we’re used to. Besides having a great location, everything else was substandard. The sheets were stained on arrival and the AC didn’t work properly. Luckily, we were only staying for two nights so it was manageable which is why I didn’t complain.    The cherry on top of this horrible stay was when we were informed of a Legionella bacteria outbreak at the hotel and that we needed to seek medical attention. I’ve been trying to get a refund for my two night stay for medical expenses. I shouldn’t have to pay for the Sheraton’s negligence in the operation and maintenance of their water systems. Worst experience ever! Read less

Sheraton has been negligent in notifying its customers about their recent DEADLY legionnaires outbreak! They are refusing to give refunds to guests. Although our visit is next week, reading recent reviews and lack of notification about a serious health outbreak that has CLAIMED THE LIFE of a guest and sickened dozens of others, we no longer want to stay here. Yet the staff has been unresponsive to our requests for a full refund. This is NOT good customer service and I hope others will follow by canceling their reservations and hold this hotel accountable for their poor business and health practices. Read less

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and just want to give a shout out to Miss Shirley who was always welcoming each morning and provided great service in the hotel's breakfast lounge! I had a great time during my stay and have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Where to start? Room was dirty. Really. There was also used amenities from previous guest in bathroom. The bathroom was smelly, the curtain in the bath was dirty and it smells like bad old wet clothes. I intentionally left used amenities and they did not clean bathroom in 4 day stay! And in the end last day I was on late check-out. Room service was at least four times panicky knocking on the door to clean it. Rude and late as for past 4 days it was dirty. Do not recommend. A big shame for Sheraton brand. Read less

Imagine my surprised when I arrived at this hotel on Saturday, only to be informed by a security officer that it was closed due to an outbreak of Legionnaires Disease. I made the reservation several weeks ago and never received any communication from Marriott that it was closed. I had to find my own hotel room for the night, pay for a higher priced room, and change my plans due to the inconvenience. On top that, I called Marriott to complain, and all they did was offer to give me 10,000 bonus points. They refused to (at a minimum) pay for the difference in the cost of the other hotel. I declined the points, as I don't plan on staying at a Marriott property now or in the future. What a terrible experience. Read less
