We stayed here for a quick stop for a family visit. We upgraded to a suite and it was totally worth it. Very comfortable, wish we could have stayed longer! The front desk was very helpful in finding a place to eat.

I stayed here for a few days. Its very well maintained and clean. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very nice. As for Covid cleaning, I assume they cleaned regularly, I hope so. But over all, great place and very close to WKU.

On reading some of the negative reviews I am flabbergasted by them. Our room 404 was spotlessly clean, the fridge was cool, fresh and clean and the bed extremely comfortable with two soft pillows each which my head gloriously sank into. The bathroom was very clean too with ample toilet paper and lots clean fluffy towels. The air conditioning unit was not the typical hanging under the window type hence we enjoyed a peaceful sleep. Be prepared to hear the sound of the freight train early morning in the distance blasting the horn which it lasts for a few minutes until it passes through. The surrounding area is clean and safe. You’re right by the University. You check into the hotel first, there are parking bays outside the hotel for you to pull into while you check in, then you park around the corner in the parking garage on level 2A. You are given a validation ticket so parking is free. Breakfast is currently coffee, tea and a go bag for you to put eggs, pastries and fruit in etc. Overall we had a wonderful stay !!! Read less

I picked this hotel based on the amazing reviews. The room was great. Very clean and comfortable. Bedding very comfortable. The shower was just right. The bathroom door needed repair but I can overlook that. I was surprised that the staff was polite but not at all friendly. I picked this hotel based on the amazing reviews. The room was great. Very clean and comfortable. Bedding very comfortable. The shower was just right. The bathroom door needed repair but I can overlook that. I was surprised that the staff was polite but not at all friendly. With Covid 19, it's a continental breakfast which is understandable but...no bowls or plates, not even paper. You're left to use small napkins as your plate. The boiled eggs were sift cooked. Too messy for a napkin. Read less
