Special recognition to Brianna for making me feel welcome and answering all my questions Clean: My room was huge and near the pool/fitness center. Although the furniture was dated the housekeeping staff had the room very clean with enough towels/amenities. There’s a Keurig machine with a few pods for coffee/tea. Bed was large and comfortable. Safe: NO issues on site and there was limited noise from Bourbon St. there was security at front door and a key card access for elevator WiFi: Free for IHG members. Strong in room and across property. Food/Bar: Only one meal here. Good quality. Fast service. Check out: Again fast and polite. IHG members can check out on their app. EZ. Solid value property in prime location. Read less

The location of this hotel can't be any better. It is right at the intersection of Canal St. and Bourbon St. Depending on when you travel and the type of vacation you're having, it could be your best or worst hotel to choose. If you're driving to the hotel, you'll have to park along the street for the valet to come by and pick up your car. The lobby that welcomes you is pleasing to the eye. There's every bit of French Quarter in there and it gives you a good first impression that this is going to be an experience to remember. However, once you take the elevator up to the floor assigned, it is nothing more than any other hotel that you've stayed in before. Dull lights, dingy room, basic amenities etc. It's like the lobby and the room are two different worlds altogether. We found the smoke detector in the room was actually dangling from the wall! We stayed only for one night, so didn't spend much time in the room. But do not keep very high hopes if you're expecting a regal stay at this property. One good thing is the free coffee station they have for guests in the morning. Life's small pleasures with a shot of caffeine to kickstart the day! Read less

My last day there, I came back from being gone all day, my room wasn't cleaned. I said something about that and was asked, "since I… Read more

My husband and I chose NOLA for a couples vacation. The hotel lobby was beautiful and welcoming. Check in was simple and efficient. The room was clean with great amenities. Would certainly stay again when returning to New Orleans.

The pictures on the website do not accurately reflect the hotel. It is nowhere near as luxurious as the photos appear. Unfortunately, I am glad that we only stayed there one night. The best thing about this hotel is it’s proximity to Bourbon St.
