My husband and I stayed in this lovely hotel from the 23rd to 26th February 2020 in Room 442. The bedroom was 2 double beds with white linen. There was a chest of drawers and cupboard with the television on top and housing the mini fridge, a bedside cupboard with the telephone and table lamp. Tea/coffee facilities were available, a wardrobe housing the safe, ironing board and iron, a lovely standard lamp and table lamp, a desk and chair. The bathroom had a bath with shower attachment, white towelling, supplied toiletries and hairdryer, large mirror and good lighting. In the corridor there was an ice machine and drinks machine room. There is a large reception area with friendly and helpful staff. Also in the hotel there is a swimming pool, coffee shop, jewellery shop, bar and restaurant. We did not makes enquiries as to the costs of the restaurant so cannot say. This is an extremely large but very nice hotel which is local to all amenities and we would stay here again. A thing of note however is if you are staying here after a cruise, do not get a taxi to take you to the hotel. They charge $8 each person from the Terminal. The hotel is easily accessible by foot going through the shopping mall. It is a 2 min drive from the Terminal and cost us $16. The taxi driver doesn’t say anything when you book him. The Mall was also where we ate. Food was as good as fast food is expected to be. Read less

When I checked in, everything was good. As I stayed the hotel kept charging me for things that should have been a courtesy. I'm disappointed in my stay there. I will not recommend anyone to stay there unless you are willing to pay alot of extra fees.

Nice hotel but no complimentary breakfast and parking is $44 a night. For how much rooms are I think they could cut you slack somewhere else. The rooms are average size and may have a view over the Mississippi river
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Noisy trains, broken TV, bad processes.

Trains go past this hotel all night with loud train whistles. This should be disclosed on their website. The TV malfunctioned and wasn't fixed until check out. Checking in and out is cumbersome and time consuming, more than half hour in line each time and no online option. We will stay elsewhere next time.
