Friendly helpful staff who answered all our questions and concerns, including where to park when unloading/loading, and instructions for the parking garage. The manager (Jamila) was very friendly and encouraged us to complete the online review.

Great location. Great price. I had Issues with my room which could’ve been handled more efficiently. I couldn’t sleep for the first two nights (due to an issue with the fridge) and granted it’s a vacay, but i like To get a good night’s sleep while I’m away. The staff took too long to give me a room switch. They weren’t at full occupancy. By the… Read more

I'd never been to New Orleans before and when I travel, I normally stay at a Marriott or Hilton brand as there's familiarity and I know what I'm getting. I must say I'm glad I took a chance(thanks Priceline). The service was great. I must say I'm glad I took a chance(thanks Priceline). The service was great. Keith (great guy) gave me a spectacular/perfect room (I'm secretly hoping to get the same room on my next visit) in the corner on the 11th floor - room 1102 (I think). It had a great view of Jackson Square, perfect location. 10 minute walk to Bourbon St, 12 minutes to the House of Blues - and I walk slow. Very quiet hotel with a comfortable bed and a great assortment of cable channels. I didn't visit the restaurant that was on the ground floor as there were many restaurants and eateries on our travels. I will definitely be back. Read less

We returned here for our 30th anniversary after having visited for a professional meeting 3 years earlier. Chaz, the weekend Manager, went all out to make it a special weekend. We will definitely consider staying here again.
