My total for one night was $303.81. Not worth it. Read less

Family knew we were arriving in the wee hours of the morning so we checked in via phone earlier in the day to ensure reservation wasn't cancelled for no-show. Got to the hotel at 3AM, desk clerk couldn't make room keys because the system was down. You can't exit the parking garage without a room key so my wife and 2 teenage daughters have to walk all the way down to street level and around to the front of the hotel to re-enter the property at 3AM in downtown Nashville. Wife suggested a staff member come hold the door open that connects to the hotel from the garage. Was told that was too much trouble. Was also told it was a lot of trouble for maintenance to let them in the room even though it was their down system that couldn't make room keys. Next morning, no hot water for showers. Family was up early for a Vanderbilt campus tour, but ran water for 15 minutes and never got hot water. Front desk offered move to another room. We've got to be on campus in less than an hour and were checking out that morning anyway. Change rooms?? NO! Was not offered any type of adjustment for the less than acceptable stay other than they would try and give us more reward points. At this point, that's a pretty weak gesture. I cannot recommend staying at this hotel. Aloft is a good brand, and Marriott is a good company and we've had some nice stays in their properties recently, but this particular property and stay will make me rethink staying at Marriott properties. I understand that sometimes things go wrong and you can't control that. But when they do, you have to accommodate and try to make up for it. You don't make matters worse by saying it's too much trouble to help the customer out. Read less

Hotel Aloft was great for our long weekend in Nashville. Staff at the front desk (Kim) greeted us with enthusiasm and smiles! Other staff members were quick to help when we needed a replacement hair dryer, extra towels, toiletries and paper goods. As consumers at the hotel bar and convenient food kitchen, we had great service with bartenders and servers who met our needs. Everyone was always welcoming and friendly! Our room was GREAT - spacious and roomy! There were 3 of us and we weren't on top of one another when in the room. The room and bathroom were clean and serviced daily. It was easy to call the desk and have our car ready to go when we were. Tipping was greatly appreciated and no request seemed to be a burden. The hotel has a trendy vibe to it noting that it seemed to attract plenty of young and older people alike. It's close to some restaurants for a quick bite and not a long Uber ride to the more famous places. We had a great weekend and hotel Aloft worked for us! Read less

We stayed here Memorial Day weekend to see the sold out Eric Church concert at Nissan Stadium. Lisa at the front desk was amazing. She was very cheerful and helped us pick the right room for our stay. She was also very fast and accommodating on our checkout. We had a great time.
