I arrived in the evening on Jan. 9th, 2020 and Kim in guest services/registration was very friendly and helpful with food ideas. Long story short, there was a moment I thought I lost my wallet and Kim and the bartender (blonde) were trying to help me find it including going outside to help. I found it under my dog kennel and came to the top of the stairs to show them. They all laughed and said congrats and Kim said "come here, you need this" and gave me a drink ticket. The bartender was very kind and helpful. They were all sweet to my dog. It was customer service at it's best. Thanks ladies for a great night and stay at Aloft. Hit up Hattie B's y'all! Read less

Great hotel in Nashville. They allow small dogs with no charge. I was greeted by a very friendly Kristine and given a great room and a bag with a couple of treats for our dog. The room was recently updated and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I’m picky about beds! We grabbed a quick breakfast from very friendly kitchen staff.… Read more

I stayed here for a conference and although the conference was good the condition the rooms were in was unacceptable. There was literally an empty smirnoff shot bottle on the floor by the trash can. The inside of the shower was not cleaned before I got in my room. The products provided by the hotel are blue and I bring my own products. The first time I showered, there were dried blue marks all over the shower walls and there were even shaved hairs still on the walls. If the shower wasn't cleaned or the floors, then I wonder what else was not cleaned...My entire stay there, the cleaning service did not come to my room. It is advertised that the hotel is walking distance to downtown, but I would not recommend it. It is uphill and does not have a well-lit walking path. This hotel also does NOT have a restaurant or room service. The front-desk staff is very nice, though. Read less
