'Ello chaps! Aloft Nashville West End is located a short drive from the famous Broadway Avenue (where the bars and party restaurants are) and just a short five minute walk from the famous Music Row. The staff is friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and one of the more ideal Aloft layouts. The room was open and spacious, compared to many Alofts that are set up a bit weird. There are multiple restaurants within a short walk (just 3-5 minutes) include the famous Hattie B's chicken and The Row restaurant. Great spots to hit up. The two pitfalls that gives Aloft a three star rating is that 1) It lacks a pool 2) This hotel features required paid parking. Nothing is more obnoxious than the lack of free parking availability. This alone will, unfortunately deter us from booking here again on the next trip. Read less

Was just passing through Nashville and needed a pet friendly hotel for the night. It’s a former office building. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and very large. Easy access to the highways. Not the best as far as accessibility to the outside to take the dog on potty breaks but I wouldn’t… Read more

The room was clean, comfortable and very large. Easy access to the highways. Not the best as far as accessibility to the outside to take the dog on potty breaks but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. One reviewer complained about the smell of the restaurant wafting up into the hotel. When we were there the restaurant was closed due to COVID19 so I can’t speak to that. Read less

My first time staying at an Aloft hotel, but not my last. This property was quirkier than the typical Marriott properties I stay at, but happened to be the least expensive at the time of booking so I gave it a try. I was there for 3 nights with my son (17) visiting Vanderbilt University. The hotel had a very urban feel to it, the room was very spacious, including a sitting area. The bathroom was also spacious, however I didn't like the door-less shower. While it looked interesting, practically speaking you end up getting water all over the floor. The beds, pillows and bedding were comfortable and there were two TV's in the room allowing us to watch different channels. Amenities included a small gym, pool table in the lobby, lobby bar, and a place for a small band to perform (however no one performed during our stay), and a refreshment area. I was least impressed with the refreshment area. While there was coffee available, no breakfast was laid out each morning. We found out later (after complaining about the lack of breakfast) that you had to order your food from the bar and they would make it for you. Since I don't go to the bar that early in the day I never knew, equally my underage son would have never walked up to the bar to order something. In my opinion, this is awful planning on their part. But, aside from the food issue this was a great hotel at a good price. Read less
