Firstly, I would like to say that the staff are pleasant. They are potentially overworked and not well-trained but our birthday/Valentines Weeknd trip went from disaster to disaster. It began with being checked in and not offered diamond member water or the cookies. Jami is very pleasant and had allocated us a suite as a kind upgrade which we then couldn't get because the hotel was full. This was disappointing but completely understandable. The drinks tokens she then promised us for each night of our three day stay never came. I asked for them and was given two by a front desk person who clearly had no idea what I was talking about. The weather was poor in Nashville and this excuse was given time and time again for all of the disasters (even when not relevant) but nobody monitored the Hilton honours app live chat our entire stay. Housekeeping didn't come even when asked, and a man who I think worked for housekeeping let himself into our room and asked when we were moving room (we weren't). There was no apology when I asked and I was simply told to deadbolt my door - not the most reassuring, The restaurant is severely understaffed, and did not have about 50% of the breakfast or dinner items from an already small menu. What restaurant in a hotel has no bread? Mellissa on the restaurant is clearly very unhappy in her job and takes it out on customers. The Asian man is extremely jolly but clearly overworked. Even although we are diamond members we were charged each morning for breakfast. In addition to this we were charged for parking ($50 a night!) when we had no car - very shady! I brought this up to staff and were told it would be taken care of. Of course, the full and incorrect amount came off my credit card and I had to call Amex and Hilton and am hopeful it will be dealt with. This is very unprofessional though, as these charges which were wrong amounted to over $200 and I was lucky I noticed. The room was quiet, the bed is very uncomfortable and I would recommend you bring your own pillows. All in all, the location is great and the hotel has great potential. Check your bill, and I don't recommend staying unless it is summer. The hotel is FREEZING as soon as there's a little bit of a chill outside. Read less

Mila and Caleb have been very helpful with everything that we have needed, from new towels, to helping us know good recommendations for food and attractions and car rentals, they are so friendly! A great experience!

Want to start off by thanking Mila for all the help she provided for me during our stay, from providing towels at night and making us laughing the entire stay, also want to thank Caleb for all the information and helping me find things around the city, will definitely be back very very soon.

Never stay here. Under any circumstances. I’m not a difficult person. In fact this is only the second if not The first negative review I’ve ever written....ever. I understand that it’s COVID-19. Businesses are struggling and doing the best they can BUT this was not acceptable. I checked into my room and went to bed around 10pm. Early flight the following morning. Asked to be woken up at 4:30 am, so I could check out. Fast forward almost 3 hours and it is now almost 1 am and an intoxicated man, probably around 25-26 years just walked into my room (I didn’t leave the door open), his key worked on my door. The dude asked why I was in his room. Confused, alarmed, and tired I phoned the front desk and talked to the clerk. Nice enough guy....and he asked why I was in this guys room?!?!. Of course I said “because this is the room I was given by whoever was dong your job 3 hours ago!!” He explained that I was in fact in the guys room according to his computer. Now (still tired and confused but now getting angry), I asked if I understood the situation correctly. That they had booked two guests to the same room..... He corrected me and said that was incorrect. He said that I had walked into the guys room, probably by accident and that my room was actually room 723 instead of where I was now. Then, I really was confused. I went to the nightstand to find my key cards that the front desk had given me “740” was written on them. I looked around and saw, only my belongings. Long story short, the dude I just talked to (believe his name is Jordan) is a nice enough dude and I’m sure is good at his job. I don’t blame him but somehow, I went to bed at 10pm and woke up at 12:30 am with a drunk dude standing over me as I slept. Like what on earth!!!! I don’t know who messed up, I don’t care but that is unacceptable. Someone handed him a key card to my room or gave me a key card to his and I got there first. Either way it was some sort of sick joke or terrible oversight and I’m pretty upset. What if it was your wife, by herself on a business trip or on her way to see family and some drunk guy walked in on her while she was sleeping. What if it was you? I simply can’t believe this happens at a Hilton. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had-bar none. Read less

My husband and I arrived at this hotel at 1:30am after 18 hours of driving from Santa Fe, NM and getting stuck in traffic a few times along the way. We were visibly exhausted. Upon our arrival we were not greeted by a valet outside or the agent at the front desk and without looking up from shuffling papers, he merely told us we would have to wait 30 mins because the “system was flipping”. I mentioned to him that I had check in online, but I had a message that asked me to stop by the front desk and with a short answer he said “do you have a room number?” I went back to look in my Hilton app and I couldn’t find my stay/reservation. I asked him what happened and he said it was cancelled because it was passed midnight and I didn’t show up on the 20th. We very clearly had an issue with our reservation and he made no effort whatsoever to help us. When we asked if they have self parking, he replied with a condescending tone “we are valet only and is $48 plus tax”. My husband then said to him “I asked because I didn’t see valet outside” and with the same condescending tone he snapped “yes, you did” ( We learned later, the reason we did not see the valet is because he was asleep in a white minivan out front.) A few specific notes about the agent; He wasn’t wearing a mask! This is against Hilton policy. He was chewing gum the whole time. He barely looked at us. He never smiled. His shirt was untucked, no tie or name tag. Eventually we gave up. Seeing as how we did not have a reservation and this agent was uninterested in helping us get a new one, we left and we went to a Hampton Inn nearby were we had a great stay. I am a gold member and we have stayed at Hilton properties all over the country and abroad and never felt so unwelcome. This was the worst experience ever! Hilton’s #1 core value is hospitality and this agent did not embody that value in any way shape or form. Read less
