This is a nice hotel just a block or so from downtown. Rooms are clean and comfortable and they serve a full sit-down breakfast even during Covid. Staff are friendly. Valet parking is $52.50 per night including tax so bear that in mind before you book.

My parents, boyfriend, and I stayed at the DoubleTree in Nashville recently and it was the perfect spot and the perfect hotel! We were very close to Broadway and could easily access it by walking, scooter, or Uber - all of which we used at one point. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous and a great first impression for the hotel. Upon checking in we were planning on opting out of valet and parking at nearby lot, but Jamie explained that the downtown lots end up costing more due to how they charge, so we appreciated that info! As for the actual stay - the service was impeccable! I cannot give Jamie at the front desk enough praise. When we were having troubles with our room key, she personally escorted us up to our room and took care of us. She was exceedingly friendly and could not have been more helpful! Our breakfast server was also amazing (I don't remember his name unfortunately, but I believe he said he was from Laos). He told great jokes and was very helpful and personable! In addition to the great service, the hotel was also impeccably clean. Given the circumstances we felt extra safe staying there and could tell that they were doing their best to make sure everybody was comfortable traveling in this environment. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nashville, and thank the great staff for their amazing service! Read less

We've stayed at this property a handful of times, and we always get great service. This most recent visit was no different, though this time was a quick overnight on our road trip. We had a king room on the 9th floor, and everything was as expected of a Hilton property. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, cold A/C, plenty of towels. My only comment would be that I hope someday they update the lighting in the bathrooms! It always seems dark to me in there. Staff were all masked and remained distanced, but always eager to help. The restaurant downstairs was open, though serving a limited menu with no buffet. Nouk was an amazing (and entertaining) server and made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast, as well as snacks for our cooler for the road. Note that during COVID, a lot of the close-by bars and entertainment on Broadway are either closed or operating at limited hours. Also, there are a lot of regulations on face coverings and interactions with bar staff so be prepared to cover up if you want service! This property is one of our mainstays, and I'm always pleased to return. Read less

Love this hotel! Perfect location in downtown Nashville. Comfortable beds with beautiful linens. Friendly bar with yummy snacks. Jonathan the concierge was the icing on the cake. He arranged the best restaurants where we were unable to get reservations and even found a bakery for a last minute birthday cake. We will definitely be back.

Excellent experience from Oct. 12-Oct.16 2020. Jonathan, Asst. Manager, excellent experience. Rourk, Restaurant employee also excellent experience. As I am a GOLD HH member, I travel extensively and chose this hotel for an 18 day stay because it held the Hilton name. The weekend mananger and the private security firm has convinced me to never ever stay at another Doubletree by Hilton ever agin. Most Double Tress , as I have learned, are NOT AFFILIATED at all with HILTON. The most horrendous mistreatment that I received by the weekend manager who was clearly utilizing her position to abuse and manipulate is strikingly very concerning to risk my safety at a Doubletree ever again. I have been desperatyely attemting to contact John Schilling, the GM, of this establishment to describe in detail what I experienced in this hotel on Saturday. Please contact me , John at 610-400-5208, if you are interested in learning what horrific experience I had with her. Read less
