There was no hot water available in the shower. I called the front desk and they had no reason or apology for this. As a Hilton Honors member I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I do not recommend staying here.

We spent 2 night there. We requested to , at least, make the bed and to change the bath towels. Unfortunately nothing has been done. We also have to claim for shower gel, bottle of water, and so on … to have hot water in the shower take so long ! In few words we are very disappointed. It doesn’t worth the 300$/ night at all

The front desk team was amazing. As someone who has worked in hotels I was very impressed with both Derrick Raven and Victorias hospitality and the willingness to make so many good recommendations. The front desk team is the face of the hotel and operation and they made a stunning impression. Thank you!

We recently had booked two rooms, pre-paid through a third party. We we arrived they could only find a reservation for one room, despite us providing two confirmation numbers. Then miraculously they "found" the second room, but it was not at all the room type we requested creating a very awkward sleeping arrangement. They promised the next morning, we would be able to move to the correct room type. When morning rolled around, the day shift had no idea what we were asking about and basically told us the nightshift had lied to us. There would be no room available. Oh...and that "found" room was as small as a closet next to rooms under construction. Just an awful room. To their credit, the front desk staff was polite, especially Joel (and Thomas in the bar), and tried to help. In fact, we asked to speak with the evening manager with the intent of commending the way the front desk team tried to accommodate our reservation (they knew it was a mess), the manager refused to talk with us! What!?! On the second day of our stay, they finally did provide us with a third room. Yet another closet size room, but at least it was something. After checking out, I noticed more than $680 had been charged to my card with no invoice or accounting of the charges. I called immediately and was told it wasn't actually a charge, but just a hold for incidentals. I did get a separate bill for incidentals, which was accurate. Well, the hold was charged and it took more than three weeks and six phone calls to the hotel, plus a complaint with the corporate office, to get a refund. Unacceptable. On the upside, the hotel location is perfect for walking down to Broadway and Printer's Alley is just around the corner. The location is great, but that's about all and the only reason I gave them a "one" rating. Read less

When I mad our reservation, I contacted the hotel to confirm that they could accommodate holding our luggage at bell service since our flight arrived well before even early check in time. When we arrived to the hotel, all of the previously written reviews regarding the mess at the valet was on display in real time viewing. The downstairs lobby was filled with guests waiting for their vehicles and no bell hop was to be found. The employee at the main desk was not helpful in locating the bell hop. After half an hour, the bell hop appeared, an apologetic older gentleman that explained he was trying to help with the valet. We were able to secure our luggage and explored the downtown area that was only three blocks away. When we checked into our room later that evening, it initially looked fine. However the bathroom was a hot mess- a hole in the ceiling above the shower, stained grout in the tile, pieces of wallpaper patched in. At the threshold of the bathroom, the carpet had been frayed thin and carpet tacks were sticking through...almost looked like an animal had scratched it thin. There was no extra linens for the sofa bed, although we requested them during registration. These items were brought to the attention of the woman at the front desk at check out, whom thanked us for sharing. Other than the cluster at the valet at our arrival, we experienced no other difficulties with the valet. We utilized the texting feature and our vehicle was available within 10 minutes each time. The location to downtown outweighed the negatives. Read less
